Abstract
Direction indicating jerkin for cyclists and motor-cyclists has flashing light indicators at back and front and switches to control them on the front. Pockets for the cell(s) to power the indicators are provided inside the jerkin. The dangers of loss of balance when making hand signals are eliminated.

Veste indicatrice de direction pour cycliste et cyclomotoriste, sans manches et sans encolure, avec fermeture éclair à l'avant.
Pratique à porter, elle permet au cycliste d'être bien vu dans sa manoeuvre pour tourner à gauche ou à droite tout en indiquant clairement
la direction qui sera prise. Elle pourra contribuer à diminuer les risques du déséquilibre provoqués par le geste du bras en lâchant le guidon.
Au dos et à l'avant de la veste sont placés deux clignoteurs de direction gauche-droite. Entre les deux cli.gnoteurs à l'avant se trouvent deux manettes pour actionner les clignoteurs gauche-droite.
L'intérieur de la veste comporte des petites poches où sont logées les piles ou la pile d'alimentation et également la pièce mécanique clignotante.
En résumé, la veste est faite en matière plastique. L'endroit où sont placés les clignoteurs est renforcé. Les manettes pour actionner les clignoteurs sont placées à l'avant bien visibles et accessibles. Les pochettes de logement des piles.et du mécanisme clignotant sont placées à l'intérieur de la veste.
