<EMI ID=6.1>
<EMI ID=7.1>
<EMI ID=8.1>
<EMI ID=9.1>
- het niet verloren laten gaan van de warme lucht door de dampkap van een keuken;
- het niet verloren laten gaan van de warme lucht door de verluchtingskoker van een badkamer;
- het verdelen van het tijdelijk teveel aan warmte in een keuken bij voorbeeld;

(5) afgestane warmte.
De regeling van de verschillende on-
<EMI ID=11.1>
"Coordinated heating installation"
This invention concerns a heating device of a new and original concept.
In particular, the invention relates to a heating installation incorporated in a floor with new and original properties.
The well-known underfloor heating has the advantage of creating a very pleasant feeling of heat and, according to established findings, of lower consumption. A disadvantage of this heating system must be seen in the great slowness of the underfloor heating. This inertia phenomenon is due to the nature and thickness of the materials making up the screed, commonly called "screed". Another drawback is that the floor temperature must be kept sufficiently low.
When applying another well-known technique, namely warm air heating, problems such as the too fast response and the difficult fine-tuning of the system are encountered, as well as the expensive investment costs of the infrastructure.
Direct electric heating, accumulation heating and switching on heat pumps cannot be called an economic solution.
The object of the invention is to realize an optimal coordination of known techniques, whereby this original solution appeals to the predominant advantages of each of the combined techniques so that, on the other hand, the disadvantages of these techniques are eliminated to the greatest possible extent.
To this end, the heating installation according to the invention is composed of warm air ducts arranged in an insulating layer which form a network in said insulating layer, which ducts are connected with one of their ends to a warm air source which increases the circulation of the heated air to the other ends. the air ducts, above which warm air ducts heat-exchangers in the form of light metal plates are arranged, while above the above-mentioned insulating layer and above the above-mentioned heat distributors, a screed is applied with a thickness and consisting of materials which have no thermal inertia, or at least insignificant thermal inertia , show far.
The above-mentioned screed preferably has a thickness of no more than 4 cm.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the above-mentioned screed is a so-called anhydride screed.
According to a very advantageous embodiment of the invention, the above-mentioned heat air source is a heat pump.
Other details and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description of a coordinated heating installation according to the invention. This description is given by way of example only and does not limit the invention. The reference figures refer to the attached figures.
Figure 1 is a schematic cross-section through a floor with a heating installation according to the invention. Figure 2 is a schematic top view of a floor with a heating installation according to the invention. Figure 3 is a schematic cross-section through a floor equipped with a variant of the heating system according to the invention. Figure 4 is a section through a second variant of the invention. Figure 5 is also a section through a third variant of the invention.
in the heating installation according to figure 1, an insulating layer (2) is applied above the concrete tile, the vaults or, if appropriate, the wooden floor, represented by the reference numeral 1.
This insulating layer can consist of any material such as, for example, hard polyurethane
<EMI ID = 1.1>
polys tyrene or so-called "foam glass" etc. Other materials are of course also suitable provided that the hot air ducts to be provided herein can be realized in one of the ways mentioned below.
Air channels (3) are indeed provided in the insulating layer (2). Depending on the nature of the material from which the layer (2) is formed, these channels can be milled out or melted away.
This milling or melting takes place after the insulating layer has been laid. The choice of technique must take into account the structure and properties of the material. Neither dust particles should be left behind in the hot air ducts nor in the melting process, nor should they be formed and transported by the circulating warm air.
<EMI ID = 2.1>
plates (4) which act as heat diffusers. These plates preferably consist of aluminum or a similar material suitable for this purpose. viewed in cross section, the hot air channels are preferably semicircular in order to ensure a large possible contact area with the heat spreaders (4). The width of the heat diffusers is measured in such a way that a timely diffusion of the heat from the warm air ducts to these heat diffusers is made possible.
Heating elements (5) are preferred above the heat spreaders (4), for example, if electrical resistors are preferably in the form of carbon plates.
After the milling or melting of the material with which the insulating layer (2) resides and which creates the warm air ducts (3), cover with heat spreaders (4) and heating elements (5) a covering floor (6) is applied.
To the thermal inertia of the flow
As small as possible, the thickness of the screed preferably does not exceed 4 cm. Preferably, use is made of what is in the technical language below the
<EMI ID = 3.1>
Referring to Figure 2, it is noted that the hot air channels (3) are branched from
<EMI ID = 4.1> (3) network formed is arbitrary 'and immediately depends on the floor plan of the rooms to be heated.
As depicted by Figure 2, it is noted that two warm air channels (3) locally branched into the floor of the room merge back together to finally open into one of the discharge grids (8).
Figures 3, 4 and 5 show a possible variant of the invention.
In Figure 3, in addition to hot air ducts (3 '), electrical resistors (9) are provided.
According to figure 4, a hot water pipe (10) is provided next to a warm air duct (3 ").
Finally, a variant can also be proposed as shown in Figure 5 in which
<EMI ID = 5.1>
preferably electrical resistors (11) are placed above the heat spreaders (4).
These three variants obviously do not exhaust the possibilities offered by the system and were only given up to demonstrate that additional random heating sources can still be provided to cooperate, either with the hot air ducts
<EMI ID = 6.1>
in turn also interacts with the hot air ducts
(3, 3 ').
In a preferred embodiment, the hot air source (7) is a heat pump which then provides the advantages which will be explained below.
The coordinated heating system according to the invention is thus a heating system which functions on the basis of partial underfloor heating and double flux ventilation with dynamic heat recovery.
The dynamic heat recovery takes place by switching on the heat pump (air - air) just mentioned with low power consumption. A dgl. pump ensures constant air exchange in the home by blowing in heated air and extracting the heated air from certain rooms.
For example, the warm indoor air from W.C.'s, bathrooms and kitchen, in the latter case through the extractor hood, can be extracted, cooled in the heat pump and released cold from the outside. The recovered heat is used to heat up fresh outside air and pass through the previously described warm air ducts (3) into the insulated layer (2) of the rooms or residential areas.
<EMI ID = 7.1>
the heating elements (5) will also release heat, some of which will heat up with the warm air in the air
<EMI ID = 8.1>
the heat released is directly emitted by the screed as radiant heat.
<EMI ID = 9.1>
The term "coordination" indicates the following phenomena:
- not letting the hot air be lost through the hood of a kitchen;
- not losing the hot air through the ventilation duct of a bathroom;
- distributing the temporary excess heat in a kitchen, for example;
distributing over an entire house or a series of rooms to be heated, of the heat given off by a fireplace or a wood stove, for example.
It can therefore be immediately seen from the above that the hot air source can be any hot air source, but that a very economical solution is to use an "air source".
<EMI ID = 10.1>
mounted in an attic or, if necessary, in the basement. When reading the above, it is also immediately recognized that the combination of underfloor heating and warm air circulation is no accident. Indeed, essential to the invention is the fact that below a certain temperature level, the air circulating in the hot air ducts (3) enjoys an additional heating thanks to the heating elements
(5) heat released.
The regulation of the various
<EMI ID = 11.1>
stepped clock thermostat with day or week program. In the heat pump there is a second thermostat on the fresh air side that takes into account the outside temperature.
It is further apparent that the invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment and that many changes could be made thereto without departing from the scope of the patent application.
