Abstract

The health monitor system is based on the understanding that the white coloration of the eyeball varies with metabolic age so that comparison of this coloration with references established for healthy persons of different chronological ages provides a measure of premature aging. This disclosure proposes a round colour chart with twenty concentric circles representing healthy colours for ages from 5 to 100 years from centre to periphery, starting with clear white through bluish to greyish. Having established metabolic age, improvement may be achievable by altering diet and life style, progress being similarly monitored. FL.

Description

  Gezondheids- Verjongingsmeter.

  Health Rejuvenation Meter.

It is very important to have and maintain a clear view of your own health status. In addition, there are many circumstances in which it is extremely interesting (without indiscrete questions) to be able to easily obtain information about the health status of others. This invention allows the user to evaluate the individual, global health status quickly, inexpensively and without difficulty.

To this end, use is made of a color reference system; in this example placed on a round card. The surface of this color chart is divided from the center into twenty separate, equal circle fragments. One reads a number on each circle fragment. These numbers range from 5 to 100; which corresponds to an age in years. The circle fragments bear a separate shade of white; ranging from clear, soft blue-white to deep gray.

These colors represent the color of the whites of the eyes at the different corresponding ages indicated in an average normal reference subject. The white color of the eyeball is brighter in a young child than in an elder. The eyeball white gradually becomes grayer and grayer in function of the decreasing efficiency of the metabolism. This declining return is responsible for premature aging. Thus, by comparing the quality of the white color of the eyeball with the shade of white on the color chart, the user gets an idea of the actual metabolic age. If the metabolic age turns out to be higher than the administrative age, the health of the person in question is fundamentally wrong. In order to improve such a situation, nutritional

and improve life habits drastically, which will have a cleansing and detoxifying effect. Thus it gets

the blood and other body juices regain a youthful composition. The exchanges between the different body compartments happen again much more smoothly. Over time, this phenomenon is also reflected in the level of the eyeball white, which acquires a strikingly lighter shade.

The degree of increase in the metabolic efficiency can therefore be monitored closely via this health rejuvenation meter. So it is even possible to reach a metabolic age that is lower than the administrative age. This condition can guarantee a long-lasting youthful vitality.

The present invention seeks to claim the development of a color reference system in which the color shades of the eyeball white are depicted in separate zones according to the age of a normal, average person. Since the shades of the eyeball white are directly related to the efficiency of the metabolism and thus to the overall state of health, the user is given the opportunity to compare the metabolic age with the actual administrative age and, if necessary, take the necessary decisions. This method

is fast, discreet, extremely simple and dirt cheap.
