Description
DESCRIPTION

Nature of patent: invention
Title of the invention: System, automatically adjustable fixed on the tip of a preaching rod facilitating fishing with an internal elastic shock absorber.
DESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to fishing rods. She constitutes
in a device allowing the elongation, without friction, of the elastic shock absorber and this without any angle of traction.
Figure 1 In known fishing rods (1) with hollow rigid tip (2) and elastic internal shock absorber (3) the tip (2) forms with the line wire (4) a more or less large angle (5) according to the direction of traction <EMI ID = 1.1>
is inside the scion (2) undergoes at its exit (6) increasing friction with the traction force and the decrease in degrees of
the angle (5) formed between the axis of the tip (2) and the line wire (4) undergoing traction. Frictions up to blocking in (6) of the elastic (3) when the rod is more or less parallel to the line wire (7) and this despite the conical or curved tips which could be placed at the outlet (6) scion.
The claimed invention is as follows: The fishing rod shown
in Figure 2 completely avoids the drawbacks stated above.
Figure 2 (the different parts are shown separately in Figure (5)
<EMI ID = 2.1>
cylindrical (2). On this tube (2) pivots a hollow form (3) maintained at the front by a narrowing (4) of the internal diameter of the cylindrical part of the form and maintained at the rear by a sleeve (7) rotating freely on the scion (1) and being fixed inside the cylindrical part of the form (3) by gluing or clamping.
In the front part of the form (3) an axis (8) fixed perpandiculately
at the axis of the tip (1), receives a pulley (9) mad with a groove so as to locate the bottom of the upper groove of this pulley (9) in the extension of the elastic band (10). The elastic (10) being fixed to the bottom of the tip (1) passes through the interior of this tip, passes through the groove of the pulley (9) and exits through the truncated part of the form (3). It is provided at its outlet (11) with a stop (12) preventing it from turning back by elasticity. This stop can be constituted by a staple, a swivel or better by a small coil
(12) staple allowing, by winding wire, to lengthen or shorten the length of the line (13) attached thereto.
A notch (14) in Figure 4 is provided in the shape (3) to allow the passage of the elastic when the rod is in a vertical position.
Figure 1 When in fishing action, a fish is hooked at any angle, the traction of the line wire (13) automatically directs the pivoting head (3) supporting the pulley (9) in the direction of traction. The elastic (10) can then without friction thanks to the pulley (9) come out freely by lengthening and correctly serve as a shock absorber.
The entire system presented can be made of various materials such as metallic plastics ect ... alone or combined.
