L'invention a pour objet d'apporter une solution
originale à la distribution dans les stades, les lieux de réunions publiques etc. de boissons diverses, en particulier à
base d'une matière en poudre soluble dans de l'eau chaude.
Il est en effet apparu que si la distribution de
boissons froides et, dans une certaine mesure, de café, et
de boissons chocolatées, ne-posait pas de réels problèmes.
Il n'en était pas du tout de même si l'on voulait organiser la vente de soupe lors de réunions publiques importantes comme les rencontres de football par exemple.
En effet, il est impensable de réchauffer au préalable des quantités importantes de soupes alors que la demande peut en être variable.
De plus, la manipulation de gobelets remplis est hasardeuse et ne peut se faire sans de multiples inconvénients.
L'invention a pour but de remédier à ces inconvénients et de permettre la distribution de soupe chaude à la fois dans des conditions qui répondent exactement à la demande, toujours variable, et à l'aide d'un matériel nouveau et

tribution et de la circulation des récipients ou gobelets.
A cet effet le récipient selon l'invention comprend une quantité mesurée d'une matière soluble ou consommable dans l'eau et _est fermé par une matière étanche à l'air et aux liquides, formant couvercle, ledit récipient présentant un volume réservé à l'adjonction d'eau, en vue de la consommation.
L'invention concerne également le procédé d'utilisation de récipients conformes ou similaires à ceux qui font l'objet de la présente demande.
D'autres détails et particularités de l'invention ressortiront de la description qui sera donnée ci-après d'un récipient tel qu'un gobelet destiné à la distribution de certaines boissons chaudes et du procédé d'utilisation de ceuxci. Cette description n'est donnée qu'à titre d'exemple et ne limite pas l'invention. Les notations de références se rapportent aux figures ci-jointes.
La figure montre, en coupe, un gobelet selon l'in-vention et schématiquement, l'extrémité d'un dispositif doseur d'eau chaude. Le gobelet, ou tout autre récipient , selon la planche unique peut être constitué de toute matière connue, utilisée pour des usages analogues. Il peut être réalisé en polystyrène, car cette matière a des propriétés calorifuges qui la rendent particulièrement appropriée à cet usage.
Pour des raisons d'étanchéité, le gobelet peut être pourvu intérieurement d'une pellicule d'aluminium. De toute évidence, de nombreuses autres matières, telles que le carton paraffiné, pourraient trouver application.
Le gobelet 1 contient une quantité mesurée d'ingrédients solubles ou consommables 2; il est ensuite obturé à l'aide d'une matière se présentant sous la forme d'une feuille
3 munie d'une languette d'arrachage. La matière dont est constituée la feuille peut être de l'aluminium, du papier, du papier paraffiné ou plastifié, une matière plastique, etc. On peut ainsi préparer d'avance une quantité de gobelets, la durée de conservation de la matière en poudre qu'ils contiennent étant connue et ne présentant pas de problèmes particuliers.
Les gobelets conditionnés de cette manière peuvent être stockés dans une buvette ou être transportés par de petits chariots équipés d'une bouteille dite "thermos" contenant de l'eau chaude.
Le remplissage, jusqu'au niveau désiré, des gobelets en question se fait à l'aide d'un appareil doseur 5 dont l'extrémité libre se termine par une tête effilée 6 capable de percer la feuille qui obture le gobelet sans laisser dans celleci d'autres traces que celles de la découpe, d'ailleurs très
peu importante , provoquée par ladite tête effilée 6. Un conduit de retour d'air 6' est prévu latéralement sur la tête effilée 6.
L'appareil doseur 5 permet d'injecter une quantité d'eau,
chaude ou froide, qui laisse subsister suffisamment d'air dans le gobelet pour que le liquide puisse au besoin être agité sans être nécessairement projeté au travers de la découpe provoquée dans la feuille 3.
Le gobelet selon l'invention permet donc la distribution de boissons chaudes telles que de la soupe ou de boissons froides, sans nécessiter d'autres- quantités de liquides que celles qui sont effectivement consommées; on évite ainsi de devoir réchauffer et traiter des quantités trop importantes par rapport à la demande. L'établissement de réserves d'eau chaude alimentant une buvette et un certain nombre de véhicules est facilement résolu. En particulier , la manipulation de nombreux gobelets dans des conditions difficiles, sur les gradins d'un stade, par exemple, ne pose plus aucune difficulté.
L'originalité du gobelet utilisé dans de telles circonstances est donc bien déterminée par la fonction particulière qu'il remplit et par les avantages pratiques qu'il offre dans les circonstances décrites.
Les exigences posées par la conservation des ingrédients sont, comme on le: conçoit, aisément résolues par la possibilité de conditionner dans de très brefs délais le nombre de gobelets requis.
