"Elément pour la suspension de cadres, gravures, peintures ou similaires" Cette invention concerne le problème de la suspension ou accrochage de tout genre d'éléments utilitaires et/ou décoratifs tels que, par exemple', la suspension ou la fixation de tableaux, gravures, photographies, etc..., tous ces éléments et éléments similaires étant désignés ci-après par le terme "tableau".

Le but de l'invention est de réaliser un tel dispositif capable non seulement d'être mis en oeuvre quasi instantanément pour l'accrochage, mais également pour le décrochage des tableaux.
Un autre objet de l'invention consiste également
à réaliser un tel dispositif d'accrochage, à la fois, extrêmement économique et susceptible d'être adapté au genre de tabbau à suspendre.
Enfin, une autre caractéristique de l'invention concerne encore la réalisation, comme produit industriel nouveau, d'un tel dispositif d'accrochage n'impliquant, pour sa mise en place, aucun outil ni aucune opération particulière.
Selon l'invention, ce dispositif est réalisé sous
la forme d'une mâchoire dont une branche est magnétique
et dont l'autre branche est métallique telle que la partie correspondante du tableau à suspendre étant introduite dans les deux dites mâchoires, il se crée automatiquement et systématiquement une solidarisation entre les éléments ainsi superposés et soumis à la force coercitive développée entre les deux mâchoires et au travers de la partie correspondante du tableau.
La face externe desdites mâchoires sera avantageusement conditionnée de manière à être autocollante, ces faces étant provisoirement contrecollées d'une mince feuille de protection, comme bien connu dans le domaine de réalisation et d'application des bandes autocollantes.
Les deux branches de ladite mâchoire sont réalisées de manière à présenter une certaine souplesse en sorte de pouvoir appliquer, respectivement coller, avec un maximum d'efficacité ledit élément de suspension même en cas d'irrégularités présentées par la paroi à laquelle le tableau doit être accroché.
Le grand avantage de ce dispositif, outre sa simplicité de fabrication et de mise en oeuvre,réside aussi dans
le fait que l'on peut le tronçonner à toute longueur au prorata du poids, respectivement de la sollicitation, créés par le tableau ainsi suspendu. En effet, la force coercitive amenant les deux branches de la mâchoire à se solidariser
est directement fonction et de la nature des éléments magnétiques utilisés et de la surface couverte par lesdites branches de la mâchoire sur la partie correspondante du tableau à accrocher.
La forme de les dimensions du dispositif de suspension réalisé sont essentiellement variables au prorata des caractéristiques mêmes du tableau à suspendre.
C'est donc à simple titre d'exemple non limitatif qu'une réalisation est décrite ci-après en se référant
aux dessins annexés dans lesquels :

Par éléments métalliques, il faut comprendre tous éléments qui, par eux-mêmes ou par une disposition ou un traitement particulier, sont susceptibles de se comporter comme éléments paramagnétiques ou, d'une manière générale, susceptibles de subir les influences magnétiques.
Semblablement, il faut comprendre la notion d'éléments magnétiques dans le sens le plus large pour autant qu'entre

la partie correspondante du tableau à suspendre, un effet magnétique appliquant l'une contre l'autre lesdites branches de la mâchoire.
Pour la mise en oeuvre de ce dispositif, il suffit de coller l'une des branches de ladite mâchoire à l'endroit où doit être suspendu un tableau, d'appliquer, sur ladite branche ainsi immobilisée la partie correspondante du tableau.et, enfin, de rabattre la deuxième branche de la mâchoire de manière à l'amener en superposition de la première branche avec interposition de la partie correspondante du tableau.
