"Protège-bas"
La présente invention est relative à un dispositif de protection à placer entre le talon du pied et le bas, particulièrement pour bas nylon de dame.
Les talons présentent très souvent des callosités
ou durillons ou encore des crevasses, et à ces endroits la couche cornée de la peau provoque des déchirures du bas nylon.
C'est pourquoi il a paru avantageux suivant l'invention de créer un dispositif s'interposant entre le talon
et le bas. Un protège-bas suivant l'invention est caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué par une découpure de matière rigide mais souple, conformée pour se présenter sous la forme d'une cuvette.
Suivant l'invention, la matière utilisée est avantageusement une matière synthétique légèrement élastique.
Suivant l'invention encore, les deux extrémités de la découpure sont reliées à leur base par un élément élastique.
Pour mieux faire comprendre l'invention celle-ci
est décrite maintenant sur la base du dessin annexé, à titre d'exemple uniquement, où l'on voit en :
Figure 1 une vue en perspective d'un protège-bas suivant l'invention, et Figure 2 la façon de placer le protège-bas de figure 1 sur un talon.
Un protège-bas 1 réalisé conformément à l'invention et représenté en figure 1 consiste en une découpure de carton traité 2, à laquelle on a donné une forme telle que cette découpure constitue une cuvette apte à recevoir le talon de l'usager.
La découpure moulée 2 ressemble à un contrefort de soulier et la cuvette formée présente une partie inférieure plane 3 en U c'est-à-dire pourvue d'une ouverture 4.
Dans le cas d'usage du protège-bas avec des souliers ouverts à l'arrière, il est prévu suivant l'invention de réunir <EMI ID=1.1>
5, qui est destinée à maintenir la cuvette serrée sur le talon, malgré que la chaussure est ouverte.
Comme matière pour la cuvette on utilise de préférence une matière synthétique légèrement élastique et dans ce cas la découpe est réalisée par un moulage par injection.
Le placement d'un protège-bas suivant l'invention est très simple, il est représenté en figure 2, où P est le pied de l'usager et T le talon.
Pour l'esthétique le bord supérieur de la cuvette peut être pourvu d'une dentelure 6 ou analogue.
Suivant l'invention encore, dans une variante de réalisation (non représentée) la cuvette se prolonge endessous de la voûte plantaire et/ou au-dessus du talon.
REVENDICATIONS
1. Protège-bas à placer entre le talon de l'usager et son bas, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué par une découpure d'une matière rigide mais souple, conformée pour se présenter sous la forme d'une cuvette apte à recevoir le talon de l'usager.
