Betreffende een; Aansluit-. en verbindingsconstructie voor paneelradiatoren.
@
INTERNATIONALE CONVENTIE: Nederlandse Octrooiaanvrage
In
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

30 vastlopen tegen één of beide

Regarding one; Connection. and connecting construction for panel radiators.
@
INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION: Dutch Patent Application
The invention relates to a connecting and connecting construction for panel radiators, consisting of connecting or connecting elements and fixing means therefor.
It is customary for panel radiators to weld the connections or connections to the radiators. This always takes place in the radiator factories and the result is that the radiators must be transported from the factory in their entirety to the installation site. In
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
in many cases this is a major drawback as the assembled radiators can be very heavy (up to 700 kg), while major problems can arise with the placksarg in connection with the dimensions (up stairs, around corners, etc.).
Another drawback with welded radiators is that if the radiators have been found to be incorrect in construction, for example with too many or too few members or panels, the welded connections must be removed, which can only result in destruction of the radiators.
In order to overcome these drawbacks it has already been proposed to use a connection and connection construction, in which connection and connection nipples are fixed in openings in the walls of the panels intended for this purpose by means of a bolt and nut connection. This method of fastening requires a great deal of care in connection with making the fastener watertight and necessitates the use of various special parts. The panels must, among other things, be provided with reinforcing pieces in the connection openings, which usually consist of a perforated bush.
Moreover, this construction has the disadvantage that the bolt caps used for fastening are located on the outside of the panels, which has a disturbing effect on the appearance of the radiators.
The object of the invention is to provide a closing and connecting construction for panel radiators, which does not have the said drawbacks and this is achieved according to the invention in that the fastening means consist of hollow; externally threaded threaded nipples extending partly outside, partly within the panels, which are provided at the end located inside the panel with a collar, which on the inner wall of the

the panel can abut the perimeter of the opening.

with the help of the threaded nipples, thin connections can be attached to the panels, by screwing them to the threaded nipples.
In accordance with a preferred embodiment of the invention, the pre-mounted wire nipples lie loose in their openings in a panel of the radiator and have a non-circular cross-section while having an overall length greater than the internal distance between the opposite panel walls within the same panel. non-circular cross-section may, for example, have a hexagonal shape, making it possible to insert the threaded nipples using a
