  I  La présente invention concerne un couteau mécanisé, composé d'un cadre dans lequel coulisse une lame plate dont la partie avant est tranchante et de forme triangulaire.

  6  EMPLOI HORIZONTAL DU COUTEAU DE L4INVENTION. (Plan 1 et   2.)   La partie intérieure du cadre en avant de sa lame est réservée à disposer les produits à   trancher,"Petits     pains,tomates,etc.   sur des supports établis en formes appropriées permettant d'adosser ces pro- duits à hauteur   voulue.(Fig.E.)   Un dispositif mécanique peut   suppléer   à maintenir ces produits en se rabattant sur eux, par levier manuel ou mécanisé par le départ de la lame.(Fig.6.). 



  7  EMPLOI VERTICAL DU COUTEAU DE L'INVENTION. (Plan.3.). 



  Un des deux   cotés   du cadre {Pour gaucher où droitier.) recevra un dispositif formant charnière sur sa base d'appui et le maintiendra fixe dans sa position verticale, cette position facilite la coupe de produits, tels que, saucissons, pains français, etc..se tenant d'une main pendant que l'autre actionne le couteau.
