On' connaît un procédé d'emballage de boutons ou ob- jets analogues qui consiste à placer les objets sur une carte perforée, à placer, au-dessus de la carte et des objets, une feuille .d'une matière thermoplastique transparente, et à chauffer cette-feuille tout en faisant le vide en dessous de la carte perforée, la carte étant placée sur un support en une substance perméable à l'air.
On obtient ainsi un ensemble constitué par une carte perforée et une feuille transparente emprisonnant les objets entre elles.

La présente invention a pour objet un procédé perfec- tionné qui, par rapport au procédé ci-dessus, offre notamment l'avantage de diminuer le prix de revient de l'emballage.
Selon l'invention, on place les objets sur un support en matière poreuse a l'air, sans interposition de carte per- forée et en ménageant un écart entre le support et le bord périphérique des objets.
Lorsqu'on fait le vide sous le support, la feuille en matière plastique, non seulement s'applique sur les objets, mais-s'insère partiellement sous ceux-ci, de sorte que ces derniers sont parfaitement maintenus en place malgré l'absen- ce de carte perforée.
La disposition selon l'invention présente l'avantage d'augmenter-le rendement. De plus, on peut prévoir des douil- les ou tétons, suivant le cas, sur le support, ce qui'facili- te la mise en place des objets et les empêche de glisser, ce qui peut se produire lorsqu'on les place sur.la carte.
..On peut ensuite, sion le uge utile, fixer sur du carton ou du papier la feuille de matière plascique et les objets qu'elle emprisonne.
On peut imprimer la feuille de matière plastique avant ou après enrobage, ce qui évite d'avoir à poser une étiquette.
On peut également former dans la feuille de matière plastique' des nervures lui donnant un aspect graine ou de broderie.. Ceci .peut être. fait en interposant un tissu conve- nable entre le support et la feuille, ou en gravant le support.
On peut aussi placer sur le support une plaque ajourne aux endroits où sont placés les objets, et sur laquelle est gravée toute inscription désirée. un a décrit ci-après à titre d'exemple non limitatif, un mode de mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'invention, avec référence au dessin annexé dans lequel :

La feuille de matière plastique est ensuite découpée avec le nombre de boutons désirés.

Il va de soi que l'invention n'est pas limitée au mode de mise en oeuvre décrit et représenté, mais couvre au contrai re toutes les variantes. C'est ainsi qu'on pourrait placer sur la toile une plaque ajourée aux'endroits où sont placés les boutons,'et sur.laquelle serait gravée une inscription.
