  Beschrijving: De machiene bestaat uit een buiten en binnen ketel. Den binven ketel, welke het eigenlijke voorwerp   uitmaakt van   het octrooi, word als voigt opgevat. 



  Volgens teekening: Twee zeskantige geutijzere batis, waarin twee assen links en rechts. 



  Zes rechthoekige platen, welke den mantel van den-ketel vormen.. Twee zeskantige platen als grondvlak, gevestigt langs den binnenkant der twee geutijzere batis. In één zijde van den zeskantigen ketel, is een rechthoekige opening, dienende als ingang van den ketel, en gesloten met een deksel van den zelfden vorm, en verzekerd door zes   naven.   (grendel vorm). 



  De boven vermelde rechthoekige platen, welke den mantel vormen, zijn allen   symetris.verwerkt   en doorboord met langwerpige openingen welke op hunne beurt een volkomen afrondsel hebben. Langs den binnenkant van den zeskantigen ketel, werden er profielen   gemonteerd.   (Zie vergroting teekening) en dashpot   genaamd.   



  Het aantal dashpotten gemonteerd op den binnenkant van den mantel bedraagd : drie honderd twaalf en twee en zeventig op de grondvlakken. 



  Deze profielen zijn volkomen afgerond om het aanhaken van fijn linnengoed te   beletten,   Zes platen zijn op elken hoek van den zeskantigen ketel gevestigs, zoodanig gevormd; dat er zoogezegd zes scheppers langs den buitenkant van den zeskantigen ketel gemonteerd zijn. 



  Elke schepper is verdeeld in drie vakken, die onderling in verbinding staan, door tussenkomst van vier   geprofieleerde   bevestigingstukken. 



  Beknopte   beschrijving   der werking van de   machien.   



  In den hierboven vermelden zeskantigen ketel,   word   het linnengoed gelegd, langs de rechthoekige opening en nadien zorgvuldig gesloten door middel van de zes boven vermelde grendels. 



  De machien word van het nodige water voorzien welke in den buiten ketel van cylindrische vorm binnen komt. Den binnen zeskantigen ketel welke het te wassen linnen bevat, is alzoo in het water gedompeld tot ongeveer in de helfd van zijn diameter. De machien bezit een  electrise   aandrijving en na inschakeling begind den zeskantigen binnenketel op zijn assen te draaien. De draairichting gebeurd steeds in   dezelfde   ricnting. De schepper welke aan den buitenkant van den zeskantigen ketel verbonden is, en dus ook in dezelfde richting draaid; schept ook het water met zich mede. 



  Het water word nu door deze scheppers de hoogte in gedreven, en kan niet anders dan een uitweg te zoeken langs de langwerpige openingen welke in den mantel gemaakt zijn. 



  De snelheid der   omwenteling   van den binnenketel is zoodanig geregeld, dat de hoeveelheid water mede genomen door den schepper, op 180  zich binnen in den binnenketel gewerkt heeft. 



  Bijgevolg ondergaat het te wassen linnen   een geweldige   spoeling. De dashpotten veroorzaken een niet te onderschatten zuig en stamp proces, door de zwaarte kracht van het water langs den bovenkant en den druk van water langs den onderkant.   bijgaand   2   tekeningen.
