UN CONTENANT APPROPRIE.
L'invention a pour objet de perfectionner les baqdes en papier et autres matières qui sont formées d'une succession de feuillets détachables et qui sont destinées à passer aux machines comptables, aux machines à calculer, etc., en vue d'y imprimer des inscriptions de toute nature.
Conformément à 1-'invention sur chaque feuillet détachable d'une bande continue de ce genre en papier, tissus ou autre matière, on colle ou fixe de toutes manières appropriées un contenant préfabriqué ou non. La bande continue ainsi associée à des contenants distincts appropriés aux diverses applications envisagées passe alors de manière connue à une machine comptable ou autreo Ces contenants seront par exemple des enveloppes, des sachets, des fourreaux finis ou non.

Des pointillages longitudinaux ou latéraux peuvent être prévus pour faciliter la séparation des différents feuillets, chacun de ceux-ci constituant après passage à la machine visée et séparation individuelle, un article distinct portant les indications désirées et renfermant soit une paie d'ouvrier, soit un échantillon, soit tout autre produit ou même un simple pli postal.
La bande continue pourrait être percée d'encoches ou perforations destinées à régler son avancement dans la machine comptable, à calculer ou autre utilisée.
Les inscriptions que peut porter la bande elle-même varieront également suivant le but envisagé. Lorsqu'il s'agit d'enveloppes de paie par exemple, on pourra prévoir latéralement au contenant un compartiment détachable destiné à servir de reçu.
L'invention prévoit également l'insertion d'une bande de papier carbone entre la bande continue et le contenant lui-même, de manière à obtenir par une seule frappe une inscription à la fois sur chaque feuillet et chaque enveloppe par exemple.
A titre exemplatif uniquement, le dessin annexé à ce mémoire se réfère à différentes dispositions et conformations de contenant associé à une bande continue.
Comme le montre le dessin, dans l'exemple de fig. 1 on part d'une bande de papier divisée en feuillets successsifs a grâce à un pointillage ' approprié L qui permet le pliage en zig-zag de la bande.
