DISPOSITIF DE FIXATION INAMOVIBLE D'UN ELEMENT SUR UNE PAROI NON
ACCESSIBLE A L'ARRIERE.
La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif servant à fixer un élément sur une paroi non accessible à l'arrière.
Le but recherché est de faire en sortes a) que cette fixation ait lieu d'une manière très simple et économique; b) que la pièce de fixation cesse d'être accessible dès que l'élément a été placé; c) qu'il soit impossible une fois que l'élément a été placé de l'enlever ou de le voler.
En vue de la réalisation de ce but, ce dispositif est caracté- risé essentiellement en ce que l'élément possède une forme telle qu'il com- porte au moins une cavité ou un logement dans la face destinée à être appli- quée sur la paroi et en ce qu'une rondelle en un métal doué d'élasticité et découpée de manière à posséder une série de pointes acérées sur son diamè- tre extérieur est fixée et maintenue à une certaine distance de la paroi de façon qu'en appliquant l'élément sur la rondelle les dentelures de la ron- delle soient légèrement pliées vers le bas et qu'un accrochage se produise entre l'élément et la rondelle.
Afin de bien faire comprendre l'invention on en décrira ci- après un exemple de réalisation non limitatif en se référant aux dessins.
Sur la figure 1 des dessins ci-joints., on a représenté en 1 la paroi non accessible de l'arrière et en 2 l'élément à fixer sur cette pa- roi.
L'élément 2 doit posséder une forme telle qu'il comporte au moins une cavité ou un logement 3 dans la face destinée à être appliquée sur

la paroi 1.
Pour la fixation a la paroi, on prévoit une vis 4, un rivet, un goujon ou tout autre élément. Immédiatement sous la tête de la vis ou du clou est placée une rondelle 5 ou une pièce d'une autre forme en un mé- tal doué d'élasticité représentée séparément par la figure 3 découpée de telle façon qu'elle possède sur son diamètre extérieur une série de poin- tes acérées 6.
Cet élément élastique 5 doit être maintenu à une certaine dis- tance de la paroi 1 et à cet effet on peut, par exemple, intercaler entre la rondelle 5 et la paroi une pièce 9 ayant une épaisseur adéquate.
La pièce 2 peut comporter du coté destiné à venir en contact avec la paroi un rebord intérieur 7, avec entrée 8 légèrement conique d'un diamètre déterminé suivi d'un évidement d'un diamètre un peu plus grand plus à l'intérieur du trou.
Comme montré par les figures 2 et 4 ce rebord 7 peut être sup- primé en laissant subsister seulement l'entrée conique 71.
Quand on serrera la vis 4 ou bien quand on fixera le clou la rondelle dentelée élastique se trouvera donc à une distance prédéterminée de la paroi.
Pour opérer la fixation, on mettra en place sur la paroi 1 tout d'abord l'ensemble représenté par la figure 5 et on appliquera en- suite l'élément 2 de telle manière que par la périphérie intérieure du logement 3 une poussée soit exercée sur la rondelle élastique 5.
Si l'on considère la figure 1, on voit que lors de la mise en place de la pièce 2, les pointes 6 de la rondelle élastique s'infléchis- sent et qu'une fois qu'elles ont dépassé la partie rétrécie formée par le rebord 7, elles s'accrochent sur ce dernier.
La pièce 2 ne peut plus se détacher et comme la vis ou autre organe est coiffée par l'élément lui-même, un démontage ou un vol devient impossible.
La réalisation de la figure 1 convient dans le cas d'un loge- ment constitué en une matière très dure.
Si le logement est constitué en une matière plus tendre (fig.
2 et 4) que celle utilisée pour la rondelle 5, le rebord 7 n'est plus né- cessaire.
En effet,par l'application de l'élément 5 sur la rondelle, les dentelures de celle-ci sont légèrement pliées vers la paroi. Elles griffent dans la matière plus tendre des parois du trou et s'y accrochent de telle façon qu'une fois placé, l'élément ne peut plus être détaché.
Le dispositif décrit peut trouver de nombreuses applications et convient notamment pour la fixation d'indicateurs lumineux, phosphores- cents, luminescents, etc...
Il peut être utilisé aussi lors de la fixation de dispositifs quelconques et notamment de plaques ou signes indicateurs portant des ina- criptions (lettres, chiffres, etc...)

ACCESSIBLE AT THE REAR.
The present invention relates to a device for fixing an element to a wall not accessible from the rear.
The desired goal is to ensure that a) this fixing takes place in a very simple and economical manner; b) that the fastener ceases to be accessible as soon as the element has been placed; c) that it is not possible once the item has been placed to remove or steal it.
With a view to achieving this aim, this device is characterized essentially in that the element has a shape such that it comprises at least one cavity or a housing in the face intended to be applied to the surface. wall and in that a washer of resilient metal cut so as to have a series of sharp points on its outer diameter is fixed and held at a distance from the wall so that by applying the element on washer the serrations of the washer are slightly bent downwards and a snagging occurs between the element and the washer.
In order to make the invention fully understood, a non-limiting example of an embodiment thereof will be described below with reference to the drawings.
In Figure 1 of the accompanying drawings, there is shown at 1 the wall not accessible from the rear and at 2 the element to be fixed on this wall.
The element 2 must have a shape such that it comprises at least one cavity or a housing 3 in the face intended to be applied on

wall 1.
For fixing to the wall, a screw 4, a rivet, a stud or any other element is provided. Immediately under the head of the screw or nail is placed a washer 5 or a piece of another shape in a resilient metal shown separately in Figure 3 cut in such a way that it has on its outer diameter. a series of sharp points 6.
This elastic element 5 must be kept at a certain distance from the wall 1 and for this purpose it is possible, for example, to interpose between the washer 5 and the wall a part 9 having an adequate thickness.
The part 2 may include on the side intended to come into contact with the wall an inner rim 7, with a slightly conical inlet 8 of a determined diameter followed by a recess of a slightly larger diameter further inside the hole. .
As shown in Figures 2 and 4, this flange 7 can be omitted leaving only the conical entry 71.
When screw 4 is tightened or when the nail is fixed, the elastic serrated washer will therefore be located at a predetermined distance from the wall.
To operate the fixing, the assembly shown in FIG. 5 will first be placed on the wall 1 and then the element 2 will be applied in such a way that through the inner periphery of the housing 3 a thrust is exerted. on the spring washer 5.
If we look at figure 1, we see that when the part 2 is put in place, the points 6 of the elastic washer flex and that once they have passed the narrowed part formed by the rim 7, they hook onto the latter.
The part 2 can no longer come off and as the screw or other member is capped by the element itself, disassembly or theft becomes impossible.
The embodiment of FIG. 1 is suitable in the case of a housing made of a very hard material.
If the housing is made of a softer material (fig.
2 and 4) than that used for the washer 5, the flange 7 is no longer necessary.
Indeed, by the application of the element 5 on the washer, the serrations thereof are slightly bent towards the wall. They scratch in the softer material of the walls of the hole and cling to it in such a way that once placed, the element cannot be detached.
The device described can find many applications and is suitable in particular for fixing light, phosphor, luminescent, etc. indicators.
It can also be used during the fixing of any devices and in particular of plates or indicator signs bearing inscriptions (letters, numbers, etc.)
