Description

 <EMI ID=1.1>

 <EMI ID=3.1>

  CASE, FOR TOOTHBRUSH.

The present invention relates to an improved case for a toothbrush preventing the movement of the latter once introduced into the case, which prevents wear of the bristles of the brush during transport from the place of manufacture to the place of sale. .

 <EMI ID = 1.1>

material, but preferably in a transparent plastic material better emphasizing the brush, is characterized in that its section is. trapezoidal, the large base corresponding to the handle and the small base corresponding to the free ends of the bristles.

It is in fact known that the bristles or bristles which are planted perpendicularly in the plate or pallet occupy only part of it and that consequently, in the cases of circular or rectangular section which are currently on the markets, the bristles do not are not maintained and the brush can therefore bounce and move in the case, which causes during handling and transport a deformation of the mass of the bristles as well as some wear thereof; it follows that, when presented on the occasion of the sale, the brushes no longer have the effect they had in new condition.

The case, object of the invention, also has the advantage of requiring less material than cases of rectangular, circular or regular polygonal section, given that it surrounds the brush as closely as possible.

Another advantage over other contours is that it allows a larger number of brushes to be placed in the smallest volume possible.

On the attached drawing,

invention containing a toothbrush.

Fig. 2 shows., End view, a brush enclosed in a case according to the invention.

Fig. 3 finally shows several cases arranged one next to the other showing the reduced bulk during the packaging of cases according to the invention compared to rectangular cases.

As can be seen in Figures 1 and 2, the essential characteristic of the case 1 object of the invention, made in this case in

as close as possible the toothbrush 2. Against the large base 3 of the case rests the handle 4 of the brush, the end 6 of the bristles 5 coming to rest against the small base 7 of the case.

Thanks to the organization shown in Figures 1 and 2, it can be seen that the brush cannot move inside the case, whereas, in a case of rectangular section, the bristles would not be held and the brush would move around in the holster.

In Figure 3, there is shown several cases 1 of toothbrushes according to the invention and it is noted that the set of cases occupies less space than the set comprising an equal number of cases 8 of rectangular section.

Of course, various changes, improvements or additions could be made to the embodiment shown and described without departing from the scope of the present invention.
