   L'invention est relative à un ustensile pour extraire le jus des fruits sans avoir besoin de les couper au préala- ble. 



   Elle a pour but d'extraire le jus, principalement des oranges et des citrons, pour le faire couler dans un verre ou autre récipient, ou pour le verser directement sur les aliments. 



   Les appareils, connus actuellement, ayant à leur extré- mité la partie de leur surface extérieure pleine, renflée par un pas de vis, abiment la peau du fruit en pénétrant dans celui-ci; il en résulte lors de la pression sur le fruit pour faire couler le jus, un arrachement de la peau du fruit par où s'écoule le jus au lieu de sortir complètement par le tube   @

Le tire-jus dont il est question dans cette invention évite cet   inconvénient   et a, en plus, l'avantage d'une grande facilité de pénétration dans le fruit et d'un cisaillement parfait de la section dans laquelle il pénètre. 



   Elle consiste en un tube c8nique, à visser dans le fruit réalisé en matière rigide, inaltérable et inodore, par exemple en acier inoxydable, en aluminium, en ébonite, etc.. 



   Le tire-jus conforme à cette invention a la forme représentée figure 1. 



   2 filets de vis (1) terminés en pointe d'aspic 2, reliésà leurs extrémités 3 et 4 pour former un tube rigide affectant la forme d'un cône évidé. 



   Ces deux filets, avec leur pointes d'aspic, forment les couteaux sectionnant le coeur du fruit. Le cercle de la tête 4 est prolongé par une large collerette 5 destinéeà comprimer la peau du fruit quand le tire-jus a été vissé à fond et d'éviter ainsi d'arracher cette peau lors de la compression du fruit. 



   Le tube 6 prolongeant la collerette d'appui est lisse intérieurement et à facettesextérieurement pour donner une prise à l'effort de   vissage-.   



   L'extrémité du tube pouvant, en outre, sans que celà soit obligatoire s'ouvrir en forme de bec 7 pour diriger l'écoulement du jus. 



   L'invention s'applique également à des tire-jus vissables de ce genre, dont on aurait supprimé les facettes du tube de sortie, en laissant celui-ci lisse extérieurement ou même que l'on aurait muni d'un ou plusieurs becs.

The juice pump in question in this invention avoids this drawback and has, in addition, the advantage of great ease of penetration into the fruit and of perfect shearing of the section into which it enters.



   It consists of a c8nic tube, to be screwed into the fruit made of rigid, unalterable and odorless material, for example stainless steel, aluminum, ebonite, etc.



   The juice pump according to this invention has the form shown in Figure 1.



   2 screw threads (1) ending in an aspic point 2, connected at their ends 3 and 4 to form a rigid tube having the shape of a hollowed out cone.



   These two fillets, with their aspic tips, form the knives severing the heart of the fruit. The circle of the head 4 is extended by a wide collar 5 intended to compress the skin of the fruit when the juice pump has been screwed in fully and thus to avoid tearing this skin when compressing the fruit.



   The tube 6 extending the support flange is smooth on the inside and faceted on the outside to give a grip to the screwing force.



   The end of the tube may, moreover, without this being obligatory, open in the form of a spout 7 to direct the flow of the juice.



   The invention also applies to screw-on juice pumps of this type, the facets of which would have been removed from the outlet tube, leaving the latter smooth on the outside or even which would have been fitted with one or more spouts.
