La présente invention consiste en un porte-menu,Portift(p{e caractérisé par la combinaison d'une pince courbe permettant de maintenir rigides, sans armature,des feuilles telles que : menu,-, copie,, cahier etc. ,avec un dispositif de cadre,permettant la lecture en suivant ligne à ligne le texte supporté .
L'invention est représentée au dessin annexé par une vue en élévation .
L'appareil comporte uni pied lourd 1 dont le sommet est creuse d'une cuvette 2 servant de siège à une bille 3 porte-tige 4 que retient une bague filetée 5 . A l'extrémité supérieure de la t-ge 4 est formée une pince à ressort 6 dont les bandes 7 sont légèrement incurvées de façon à courber la feuille de papier qu'elles sont destinées à retenir et à lui donner ainsi une certaine rigidité propre à la maintenir droite sans armature.
L'appareil peu-t être employé tel, par exemple pour présenter des menu s,mais si on doit l'employer comme porte-copie ,on a avantage à le combiner avec un dispositif de cadre qui permet par sa réglette médiane 8 de suivre ligne à ligne le texte

de la copie . Cette réglette 8 est accrochée sur deux patins 9 et 10 ,glissant à travers une fente dans les deux montants du. cadre 11 et 12 qui sont fixés à leur autre extrémité en 13 et 14 à une base 15 .Cette base est maintenue fixe par la pince 6, dans une position horizontale,
Les montants 11 -12 et la réglette 8 peuvent être à coulisse pour permettre d'augmenter le format. La réglette est munie d'un bouton pour en faciliter la manoeuvre .
Dans l'utilisation de porte-menu,le pied de l'appareil peut servir comme support de publicité avec inscriptions venues de fonte ou émaillées,.ce qui permet des combinaisons publicitaires pour restaurants et autres commerces du même genre .
