Le présent brevet a pour objet un mode d'attache la bouteille du dispositif de fermeture de bouteille à eau minérale ,bière ou pour tout autre liquide propre ou non à la consommation dans lequel le dispositif de fermeture habituelle à bascule avec bouchon en porcelaine et joint en caoutchouc est articulé sur une bague de métal à ressort, ouverte dont l'élasticité est utilisée pour sa   fixation   sur le goulot de la bouteille. 



   La bague ainsi ouverte ou fendue, est mise en place sur le goulot par pression et s'enlève aisément en   écartant   les extrémités redressées de la bague. 



   Afin de mieux faire ressortir l'exposé ci-dessus, les dessins annexés représentent:

   En se reportant aux figures ci-dessus, I représente la bague de métal à ressort, ouverte en 2 et se terminant par ses extrémités redressées 3, et adaptée au goulot d'une bouteille 7. Dans les parties défonoées 4 de la bague.1 sont articulées les extrémités 5 de la fermeture habituelle   à   bascule 6. 



   On comprend aisément la-simplicité de l'opération pour le placement sur ou l'enlèvement de la bouteille, du mode d'attache envisagée. En effet il suffit pour le placer, de pousser la bague 1, une fois que les extrémités .3 sont en contact  arec'   le goulot de la bouteille 7. Ces extrémités 3 sous la pression   @   s'écartent et la bague 1 s'ouvrant,le goulot de la bouteille ? se trouve instantanément encerclé par la   bague 1.   Pour   l'en-   lever, on écarte les ailes 3 et on retire le goulot de la bouteille 7. 



   La bague 1 sera faite en toute matière à ressort appropriée répondant aux buts envisagés. 



   REVENDICATIONS 
I) Mode   d'attache   à la bouteille de son dispositif de fermeture caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste en une bague ouverte ou fendue.de métal   à   ressort, dont les extrémités en regard sont redressées ,sur laquelle bague s'articule le dispositif de fermeture.

The present patent relates to a method of attaching the bottle of the bottle closure device for mineral water, beer or any other liquid, whether or not suitable for consumption, in which the usual rocker closure device with porcelain cap and gasket rubber is articulated on a spring-loaded, open metal ring whose elasticity is used for its attachment to the neck of the bottle.

   Referring to the figures above, I represents the spring-loaded metal ring, open at 2 and ending with its straightened ends 3, and adapted to the neck of a bottle 7. In the recessed parts 4 of the ring.1 the ends 5 of the usual toggle closure 6 are articulated.



   One easily understands the simplicity of the operation for the placement on or the removal of the bottle, of the mode of attachment envisaged. In fact, to place it, it suffices to push the ring 1, once the ends .3 are in contact with the neck of the bottle 7. These ends 3 under the pressure @ move away and the ring 1 opens. , the neck of the bottle? is instantly encircled by the ring 1. To remove it, the wings 3 are separated and the neck of the bottle 7 is removed.



   The ring 1 will be made of any suitable spring material meeting the intended purposes.
