Armoire de baignoire transportable
A partir de l'après-guerre, le coût élevé de la main-d'oeuvre a rendu très dispendieuses les installations de salles de bain. Or, l'objectif de la présente invention a été la conception d'une armoire contenant an matériel de bain ou de douche répondant non seulement aux exigences qui se posent naturellement, mais encore aux conditions suivan- tes : 1) Stabilité absolue de la baignoire mise en position ho- rizontale (rabattue en dehors) avec dispositif fixateur tout simple.
2) Possibilité d'employer l'armoire elle-même comme bassin de vidange.
3) Ovation d'un coffre ou bac à eau, on à douche, parfaite- ment adapté aux circonstances spéciales de chaque cas.
4) Renforcement du fond de la baignoire, afin d'empêcher sa distorsion ou son gauchissement à force d'avoir été rabattue et relevée respeotivement à l'extérieur et à l'intérieur de l'armoire.

ée de- trois parties principales d'abord l'armoire pro- prement dite, ensuite son dispositif de rabattement et de relèvement, puis, en troisième lieu, sa baignoire. En fait d'accessoires, on peut y ajouter un coffre à douche, puis un escabeau, à degrés d'escalier, pour permettre à la personne de monter dans la baignoire ou d'en sortir.
La fig.l donne une vue de face de cette armoire de baignoire quand cette dernière est à la position relevée.
La fig.2 en montre une coupe latérale.
La fig.3 est une vue de face de la baignoire quand elle a; été descendue par le rabattement.
La fig.4 montre une coupe transversale de cette bai- gnoire rabattue.
La fig.5 représente la soupape de décharge adaptée tout au bas de l'armoire.
L'armoire même est construite en n'importe quels ma- tériaux tels que bois et métaux, et elle peut être véhicu- lée sur des oulettes ou bien sur des pieds sphériques sus- ceptibles de permettre son glissement sur un plancher.
L'arbre d qui y est adapté constitue un axe de rotation en- tre la baignoire et l'armoire. Cette dernière est surmontée du coffre à douche a dont la forme correspond au contour prismatique de l'armoire qt qui se présente donc en prolon- gation de l'armoire. Le haut de cette dernière est troué à la jonction avec le coffre à douche, et il y a ainsi une partie.de ce dernier, notamment le robinet à eau h qui pé- nètre à l'intérieur de l'armoire. Afin d'empêcher ce cof- fre à douche de glisser et tomber au bas de cette dernière, ses champs du bas surpombent les champs du haut de l'ar- moire.
Puis, pour empêcher toute projection d'eau en-dehors lorsque l'armoire subit des secousses,le coffre à douche est muni à sa face du haut, d'un couvercle soit aoalissa- ble soit rabattable comme un volet, ou bien encore on peut

prévoir des bordures rentrantes à son pourtour.
L'arbre d a ses appuis de façon à être parallèle à la parte de l'armoire, de façon à ce que la baignoire, quand elle est relevée et y est rentrée, y demeure en état d'équilibre stable par le fait de s'appuyer contre la paroi dorsale de cette armoire. Outre cela, oette dernière peut encore être fixée par ion extrémité décrivant le plus grand cercle, donc, par le haut, à l'aide d'une manille d'acoro- chage appropriée g. La partie inférieure extrême de l'armoi- re est de disposition voulue pour pouvoir être équipée du robinet d'écoulement n qui permet à l'eau ayant servi de se décharger directement de l'armoire dans une rigole.
Le robinet à eau h se prête au raccordement d'un dispo- sitif doucheur, qu'on y réunit par un boyau. De même, il est possible, grâce à l'adaptation de crochets ou de patères à la face dorsale de l'armoire, d'y fixer n'importe quels accessoires tels que des chauffe-eau desservis par les gaz ou par le courant électrique, des glaces ou miroirs, et ain- si de suite.
Le dispositif qui opère le relèvement et le rabattement se compose d'un fer d'angle ide profil en U, mais pouvant être aussi à section rectangulaire. Des faces longitudinales de ce fer d'angle,on fait partir des sangles pour porter la baignoire, et on les fait passer sous le fond de celle-ci pour en assurer la retenue tout en renforçant ce fond.
On a fixé, en outre, au dispositif releveur-basculeur, une paire d'équerres de pied f pouvait aussi culbuter pour leur rentrée à l'intérieur, et venant s'appuyer fortement contre le champ supérieur du fer d'angle, ce qui réalise mécaniquement l'impossibilité, pour la baignoire, de bas- ouler intempestivement sous 1 effet de son propre poids.

trioea. Cet arbre! lui-même est fixé aux deux tringles renforçatrioes c1 et de chacune desquelles part une @clisse o conformée en demi-cercle, larbre d y étant placé en suspension. Les bandes b1 et b2 peuvent être venues d'une, éventuellement de plusieurs pièces.
Quant à la baignoire, elle est exécutée suivant n'importe quel modèle normal. Le second mode pouvant être pratiqué pour la vi- dange se réalise par le fait que, de l'orifice de déchar- ge de la baignoire, il part sous le fond de la baignoire, un tuyau d'échappement avec robinet 1, tuyau qui abouttt au bas de la surface latérale de la baignoire : de cette manière il est possible d'assurer avec facilité la dé- charge de l'eau, en prévision de laquelle on peut mettre, en-dessous, un seau ou un autre réceptacle.
Si la nécessité s'en présente, on peut encore pas- ser, sur le robinet à eau 1 avec cannelures, un boyau servant à la décharge.
Pour relever la baignoire, en la soulève simplement par le bout du fer d'angle porteur qui, à cette fin, a la oonformation d'une poignée de manoeuvre. Il a été également prévu la possibilité de mettre la baignoire en suspension dans le dispositif de relèvement de telle sorte que cette dernière puisse prendre une nouvelle position, tournée de 180 degrés dans le même plan horizontal, par rapport à la position précédente (l'extrémité du bas et la décharge étant alors à l'extérieure l'armoire). Ce fai- sant, l'on s'assure un écoulement réglable avec plus de justesse pour la décharge de l'eau.
Enfin, l'on a prévu, en adaptation de l'armoire à bain, quand elle est en service, une enveloppe du genre d'une cabine, avec conformation telle que la baignoire en soit en- tourée suivant la forme d'une lettre U, et alors la personne qui de baigne n'est pas vue du dehors.

La mise en suspension de cette enveloppe imperméable à l'eau est réalisée par l'emploi d'une barre en bois ou en métal (tubulaire) prenant dans deux ou dans un plus grand nombre de douilles. L'une des douilles ou des paires de douilles x se trouve au côté intérieur ou au côté exté- rieur de l'armoire ou de la porte de celle-ci, immédiatement en-dessous du champ supérieur, tandis que l'autre douille, éventuellement une paire de douilles. est adaptée extérieu- rement à la paroi latérale gauche de l'armoire (un regar- dant par l'avant) : o'est ce qui assure une suspension ri- gide. Enfin, l'on a prévu l'adjonction d'une pompe à battant, servant à pomper dans la baignoire de l'eau pré- levée à n'importe quelle installation qui en débite.
L'armoire même est munie de verrous du de serrures.
Sa diversité d'applications attend depuis les habitations les plus petites, ainsi que les baraquements, jusqu'aux hôpitaux, aux maisons de vacances, aux établissements de colonies scolaires ou autres, puis, moyennant une exécution spéciale, à l'emploi dans les pays tropicaux, sans omettre son emploi dans les chambres d'enfants, pour avoir une bai- gnoire à la disposition de ces derniers. Enfin, l'objet de cette invention est encore utilisable comme ustensile de ménage pour lessiver du linge.

Now, the objective of the present invention has been the design of a cabinet containing bath or shower material meeting not only the requirements which arise naturally, but also the following conditions: 1) Absolute stability of the bathtub positioning in a horizontal position (folded out) with a very simple fixing device.
2) Possibility of using the cabinet itself as a drainage basin.
3) Ovation of a chest or water basin, or shower, perfectly adapted to the special circumstances of each case.
4) Reinforcement of the bottom of the bathtub, in order to prevent its distortion or its warping due to having been folded and raised respeotively outside and inside the cabinet.

The cabinet itself is constructed from any material such as wood and metal, and it can be carried on oulettes or on spherical feet capable of allowing it to slide on a floor.

The latter is surmounted by the shower box a, the shape of which corresponds to the prismatic outline of the cabinet qt which is therefore an extension of the cabinet. The top of the latter is perforated at the junction with the shower box, and there is thus part of the latter, in particular the water tap h which penetrates inside the cabinet. In order to prevent this shower box from slipping and falling to the bottom of the latter, its lower fields overhang the fields at the top of the cabinet.
