Abstract
De uitvinding betreft een werkwijze voor de behandeling van betonoppervlakken middels het achtereenvolgens aanbrengen van een twee-componentenprimer en een twee-componentencoating, waarbij een eerste primercomponent en een tweede primercomponent gemengd worden tot een twee-componentenprimersamenstelling welke vervolgens op een betonoppervlak aangebracht wordt om daar door het betonoppervlak te worden opgenomen en vormende een egale primerlaag op het betonoppervlak, en waarbij een eerste coatingcomponent en een tweede coatingcomponent gemengd worden tot een twee-componentencoatingsamenstelling welke vervolgens op de primerlaag aangebracht wordt om daar uit te harden ter vorming van een coating op de primerlaag, met het kenmerk, dat alvorens het mengen de eerste en tweede coatingcomponenten afzonderlijk verwarmd worden tot temperaturen van minstens 30 °C. De uitvinding heeft eveneens betrekking op een inrichting voor de behandeling van betonoppervlakken middels het aanbrengen van een twee-componentencoating op een van een primerlaag voorzien betonoppervlak, op een kit en op gebruiken van de werkwijze en de inrichting.The invention relates to a method for treating concrete surfaces by successively applying a two-component primer and a two-component coating, wherein a first primer component and a second primer component are mixed to form a two-component primer composition which is subsequently applied to a concrete surface to to be incorporated into the concrete surface and form an even primer layer on the concrete surface, and wherein a first coating component and a second coating component are mixed into a two-component coating composition which is then applied to the primer layer to cure thereto to form a coating on the primer layer characterized in that prior to mixing the first and second coating components are separately heated to temperatures of at least 30°C. The invention also relates to a device for treating concrete surfaces by applying a two-component coating to a primed concrete surface, to a cement and to use of the method and the device.
