Abstract
De uitvinding betreft een matrijssamenstel voor een spuitgietmachine, het matrijssamenstel omvattende een eerste matrijshelft en een tweede matrijshelft, waarbij de eerste en tweede matrijshelft een vormholte definiëren, een eerste ondersteuningsplaat gekoppeld aan de eerste matrijshelft en een tweede ondersteuningsplaat gekoppeld aan de tweede matrijshelft, en een koelsysteem voor het afvoeren van warmte uit de eerste en/of tweede matrijshelft gedurende een spuitgietproces, waarbij genoemd koelsysteem één of meer koelvloeistofkanalen omvat, welke koelvloeistofkanalen zijn gevormd in de eerste en/of tweede matrijshelft, en waarbij genoemde koelvloeistofkanalen uitsluitend zijn gevormd in de eerste en/of tweede matrijshelft op een diepte begrepen tussen 10,0 en 20,0 mm onder het oppervlak van de vormholte.
