Abstract
La présente invention se rapporte à une méthode pour la production de barres appropriées pour le renforcement de constructions de béton, dans lequel les barres sont obtenues en coupant des barres mères de fer en barres partielles nécessaires de longueurs différentes, la méthode comprenant l’introduction d’informations concernant les barres mères et un ensemble de barres partielles, dans lequel les barres partielles sont associées à plusieurs ordres dans un système géré par l'ordinateur, dans lequel les informations comprennent la longueur et le diamètre des barres, la valeur de stock des barres mères et le nombre de barres partielles par ordre; le calcul du nombre minimal nécessaire de barres mères pour ledit ordre dans ledit système, dans lequel le calcul comprend une simulation dans laquelle les longueurs souhaitées d'un ou plusieurs ordres des barres partielles sont basées sur la longueur des barres mères disponibles et dans lequel un schéma de coupe le plus optimal est proposé à l’opérateur d’un dispositif de coupe; et la découpe desdites barres mères suivant le schéma de coupe proposé.The present invention relates to a method for the production of bars suitable for the reinforcement of concrete constructions, in which the bars are obtained by cutting iron mother bars into necessary partial bars of different lengths, the method comprising the introduction of information regarding parent bars and a set of partial bars, wherein the partial bars are associated with multiple orders in a computer-controlled system, wherein the information includes the length and diameter of the bars, the stock value of the mother bars and the number of partial bars per order; calculating the necessary minimum number of parent bars for said order in said system, wherein the calculation includes a simulation in which the desired lengths of one or more orders of the partial bars are based on the length of the available parent bars and in which a the most optimal cutting scheme is offered to the operator of a cutting device; and the cutting of said mother bars according to the proposed cutting diagram.
