Abstract
De huidige uitvinding heeft betrekking op een werkwijze voor rasselectie en kwaliteitscontrole bij aardappelen omvattende aanvoeren van een lot aardappelen; nemen en wassen van een staal; bepalen van een ras en productgroep; bepalen van onderwatergewicht, percentage rotte aardappelen en percentage aardappelen met externe gebreken; waarbij een lot wordt goedgekeurd indien het onderwatergewicht hoger is dan 280 g en lager dan 400 g en indien het percentage rotte aardappelen lager is dan 4% en indien het percentage aardappelen met externe gebreken lager is dan 25%, en waarbij een goedgekeurd lot in één van drie kwaliteitsklassen A, B of C wordt ingedeeld, waarbij een lot kwaliteitsklasse C is, indien het lot tot vooraf bepaalde rassen of productgroepen behoort, waarbij een lot kwaliteitsklasse A is indien het percentage aardappelen met externe gebreken lager is dan een vooraf bepaalde grenswaarde en waarbij overige loten kwaliteitsklasse B zijn.The present invention relates to a method for variety selection and quality control in potatoes comprising supplying a lot of potatoes; taking and washing a sample; determining a variety and product group; determining underwater weight, percentage of rotten potatoes and percentage of potatoes with external defects; whereby a batch is approved if the underwater weight is higher than 280 g and less than 400 g and if the percentage of rotten potatoes is less than 4% and if the percentage of potatoes with external defects is less than 25%, and where an approved lot in one of three quality classes A, B or C, whereby a lot is quality class C if the lot belongs to predetermined varieties or product groups, where a lot is quality class A if the percentage of potatoes with external defects is lower than a predetermined limit value and where other lots are quality class B.
