Abstract

De ontwikkelingstechniek laat de producent toe, om dezelfde draag-of krachtweerstand te halen met aluminium en of inox (cfr dikteverloop), die gelden in de ijzer- en/of metaaltoepassingen, en legt de producent minder beperkingen op naar productdesign. De ontwikkelings- of productiekost is bij toepassing van deze technische benadering lager.

Beschrijving
Opzetprofiel voor afwaterinqssvsteem
Het toepassingsdomein van deze uitvinding situeert zich in de bouwsector. Dit profiel zal worden toegepast of gebruikt in een variatie van opzetprofièlen voor afvoergeuien en die door DVS-Eurometaal nv op de markt worden gebracht.
De ontwerper anticipeert bij deze ontwikkeling op de leemte in de markt waarbij deze opzetstukken in aluminium en/of gegalvaniseerd metaal vooralsnog moeten geassembleerd worden, en er vooralsnog geen dikte-verloop van het materiaal koriden worden gerealiseerd, waarbij de stevigheid/draagkracht van zulks een profiel kan worden beïnvloedt
Dit aluminium (of inox) opzetstuk wordt in profiel gegoten.
Het ontwerp van dit opzetstuk werd naar een tekening vertaald hierbij ingesloten.
De legering van het aluminium (en of inox) kan variëren in haar toepassingsgebied, in de mate dat deze aan de marktvraag beantwoordt, zo ook kan de positie van de waterreceptor (of sleuf) , op de tekening zijdelings, ook elders gepositioneerd worden.

Claims (3)

1. Door een aluminium (en/of inox) gegoten profiel voor deze toepassing van afwateringssysteem te gebruiken, kan de producent de ideale materiaaldikte benaderen en/of bereiken die in deze toepassing wordt verwacht. Merk op de tekeningen in bijlage, het dikte-verloop van het materiaal, afhankelijk van positie.
2. Door deze nieuwe benadering (ontwerp, techniek en materiaalkeuze) daalt de ontwikkelingskost, daar het opzetstuk niet langer assembleert dient te worden, (bijv. 'lassen’ en 'galvaniseren’)
3. De legering van het aluminium en/of inox, en de positie van de sleuf, kan variëren naargelang haar toepassingsgebied.
