Abstract
With the classical electrical plug, it sometimes requires much force anddifficulty to remove the plug from the socket. Usually, the plug or thesocket is damaged in the short- or long-term and also reduces the comfort oflife. This invention ensures that everyone can very easily remove a plug froma socket by using a built-in lever system. This system ensures that the plugpushes itself away from the socket. The lever (1) ensures that the buffer bar(3) pushes axially against the wall by means of hinge (2). Spring (3) ensuresthat if the plug has been removed from the socket, the buffer bar (3) iswithdrawn as well.<IMAGE>

ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR FITTED WITH A LEVER SYSTEM FOR LOW-POWERED REMOVAL OF THE CONNECTOR FROM SOCKETS The invention ensures that electrical plugs are fitted with a built-in lever system so that they can be removed from a socket.
Currently, electrical plugs are in use that are sometimes not easy to remove from the socket because they clamp in. This problem arises both with electrical plugs of household appliances and those of industrial machines. As a result, either the outlet or the plug will be damaged when attempting to remove the plug. People with less power capacities can also have problems pulling the plug from a socket.
A number of plugs already exist with one eye on them so that they can be pulled, but this is not always efficient because it can sometimes be pulled non-axially.
That is why this new plug works in reverse and pushes itself out of the socket by means of a built-in lever system. The working of the internal mechanism is shown in drawing TEK1. Pulling on lever 1 will cause it to pivot around shaft 2, causing rod 3 to move outward and thus to push against the socket, pushing the plug backwards. The sizing is done in such a way that very little force is required to push the plug out of the socket.
In addition, the pressure force is directed axially and perpendicular to the plug wall so that the plug goes out in a perfect way.
The entire lever system can be built into existing plugs as it can be mounted between two vertical plates and thus ensures a complete separation between electrical and mechanical parts. In this way, the applicable safety standards regarding electrical safety can be met. In addition, subject to a minor technical adjustment (in this case extending the plug head to have sufficient space between the plug wall and lever 1), all existing plugs can be fitted with this system.
Drawing TEK 1 shows the practical implementation of a simple electrical plug with earthing. The spring 4 ensures that if the plug is not inserted into the socket, the rod 3 is retracted.
It goes without saying that this system applies to all plugs.
