   Description : Pédalier de vélo a pédale monobloc à axe décalé de la plate-forme de pédalage, articulé sur un ou des roulements fixés a l'interieur de la base des manivelles. 



  L'invention concerne la partie inférieure de la manivelle et la pédale de type monobloc qui est   inséree   dans une cuvette ménagée dans la base et calée dans un ou des roulements par un système de vis et de   serre-clips ; l'axe etant décale   de vingt millimètres vers le bas de la   pédale amenagée   en plate-forme recevant le pied de l'utilisateur. 



  Le déport de la pedale fera que la plate-forme decrira une ellipse vingt millimètres plus basse, raccourcissant le temps de passage du point mort haut, permettant a l'utilisateur, et c'est le but de l'invention, d'utiliser des manivelles plus longues que celles qu'il utilise habituellement, lui donnant plus de forces dans le secteur favorable après le point mort haut. 



  Ce type de manivelle sera construit en Acier, Aluminium, Durai, Titane ou alliage de ces métaux, en matériau composite, Fibre de Carbonne, Fibre de verre ou mélange de ces matériaux. 



  La longueur de ces manivelles s'échelonnera de   120   mm a   230   mm ou plus suivant le gré de l'utilisateur.
