Bevestigingshulpmiddel voor een zitsteun
De onderhavige uitvinding heeft betrekking op een hulpmiddel voor het aan een rugleuning van een stoel bevestigen van een zitsteun voor de rug, omvattende een deel voor het bedekken van de zitsteun en een deel voor het bevestigen van de zitsteun aan de rugleuning.
Het is bekend zitsteunen, ook wel Lordose zitsteunen genaamd, te gebruiken als preventieve maatregel tegen rugklachten alsmede als beveiligende maatregel bij mensen met flexierugklachten. Voor een goede werking van de zitsteun is het belangrijk dat deze op de juiste wijze en blijvend aan een rugleuning van een stoel wordt bevestigd. Een hulpmiddel van het in de inleiding beschreven type is bijvoorbeeld bekend uit het Amerikaanse octrooischift 5, 039, 158. Dit bekende hulpmiddel bestaat uit een hoes voor het bedekken van de zitsteun en een uit stroken materiaal bestaand deel voor het bevestigen van de zitsteun aan de rugleuning. Zowel het bevestigingsdeel als de hoes zijn voorzien van (complementaire) stroken klitteband.
Voor bevestiging van de zitsteun aan een rugleuning van een stoel wordt allereerst het bevestigingsdeel om de rugleuning van de stoel bevestigd, zodanig dat de stroken klitteband aan de voorzijde van de rugleuning zijn gelegen. Vervolgens wordt de zitsteun in de hoes gewikkeld en wordt de hoes aan het bevestigingsdeel bevestigd door middel van het met elkaar in contact brengen van de complementaire klittebandstroken.
In de praktijk is gebleken dat een dergelijke bevestiging van een zitsteun aan een stoel niet voldoet.
De zitsteun verschuift telkens door het gaan zitten en opstaan ; met name in auto's, waar men steeds van opzij tegen de zitsteun gaat zitten, is dit een probleem.

Hierdoor moet men de zitsteun steeds weer goed positioneren wat lastig en irritant is. Een ander nadeel van de slechte bevestiging aan de stoel is dat het een slordig gezicht is. Dit alles beïnvloedt het gebruik van de zitsteun, en daarmee de preventieve werking tegen rugklachten alsmede de beveiligende werking bij mensen met flexierugklachten, in negatieve zin.
Het doel van de onderhavige uitvinding is het verschaffen van een hulpmiddel voor het aan een rugleuning van een stoel bevestigen van een zitsteun vccr de rua, waarbij bovengenoemde bezwaren zijn ondervangen. Daartoe vertoont het hulpmiddel volgens de uitvinding het kenmerk dat beide delen integraal zijn vervaardigd uit een H-vormig en velvormig stuk buigzaam materiaal met elastische eigenschappen, een en ander zodanig dat in bevestigde toestand de zitsteun door het middendeel van het H-vormig hulpmiddel tegen de voorzijde van de rugleuning is vastgeklemd ten gevolge van het aan elkaar bevestigen van de poten van het H-vormig hulpmiddel aan de achterzijde van de rugleuning.

worden bevestigd.
Bij voorkeur is het materiaal een weefsel, zodat het hulpmiddel in staat is elke zitsteun van willekeurige vorm met elke soort stoel te verbinden.
Voor het aan elkaar bevestigen van de poten van het H-vormig hulpmiddel aan de achterzijde van de rugleuning zijn bij voorkeur bevestigingsmiddelen, zoals klitteband, nabij de einden van ten minste twee poten voorzien.
In een voorkeursuitvoering zijn de bevestigingsmiddelen gevormd dccr stroken haakjesband en is het materiaal geschikt vccr samenwerking daarmee. Hierdocr is een eenvoudige en gcedkope constructie verkregen en

kunnen de poten van de H op willekeurige posities aan het materiaal worden bevestigd.
Door een ringvormig orgaan voor het doorvoeren van de poten van het H-vormig hulpmiddel te voorzien kunnen de poten bij het bevestigen van de zitsteun aan de rugleuning van de stoel gelijkmatig worden aangetrokken, waardoor een nog betere bevestiging van de zitsteun aan de rugleuning wordt verkregen.
In nog een andere uitvoeringsvorm is althans het middendeel van het H-vormig hulpmiddel dubbelwandig, een en ander zodanig dat een ruimte voor het opnemen van de zitsteun is gevormd, zodat de zitsteun, alvorens deze wordt bevestigd, in het hulpmiddel kan worden geplaatst en de bevestiging aan de rugleuning daarvan is vergemak- kelijkt.
De uitvinding zal aan de hand van een aantal in de tekeningen getoonde uitvoeringsvormen nader worden verduidelijkt. In de tekeningen toont : fig. 1 een perspectivisch aanzicht van een stoel, waarbij een zitsteun is bevestigd aan de rugleuning daarvan met behulp van een hulpmiddel volgens de uitvinding, fig. 2 een uitvoeringsvorm van het hulpmiddel volgens de uitvinding in een vlakke stand, gezien van bovenaf en op de zijde die nadat de zitsteun aan de rugleuning is bevestigd tegen die rugleuning aan ligt, fig. 3 een perspectivisch aanzicht van een rugleuning met een hulpmiddel volgens een uitvoeringsvorm, fig. 4 een perspectivisch aanzicht van een rugleuning met een hulpmiddel volgens een andere uitvoeringsvorm.

het hulpmiddel 4 tegen de rugleuning 2 van de stoel 1 aan gelegen zitsteun 3 duidelijk zichtbaar is.
In fig. 2 wordt het hulpmiddel 4 in een vlakke stand, gezien van bovenaf, getoond. In deze figuur wordt de zijde van het hulpmiddel 4 getoond die gewoonlijk in een aan de rugleuning 2 van de stoel 1 bevestigde stand tegen die rugleuning 2 aan ligt. Het hulpmiddel 4 is vervaardigd van een H-vormig en velvormig stuk buigzaam materiaal met elastische eigenschappen. Nabij de einden van de poten 4a van het H-vormig hulpmiddel 4 zijn bevestigingsmiddelen 5 voorzien. De bevestigingsmiddelen 5 zijn bij voorkeur gevormd door stroken haakjesband 5 en bij voorkeur is het materiaal, waarvan het hulpmiddel 4 is vervaardigd, geschikt voor samenwerking met die stroken haakjesband 5.
In de in fig. 2 getoonde uitvoeringsvorm van et hulpmiddel 4 is het middendeel 4b van het H-vormig hulpmiddel 4 dubbelwandig, zodanig dat een ruimte 6 voor het opnemen van de zitsteun 3 is gevormd.
In fig. 3 en 4 worden twee verschillende uitvoeringsvormen van het hulpmiddel 4 voor het aan de rugleuning 2 van de stoel 1 bevestigen van de zitsteun 3 getoond in perspectivisch aanzicht. In de in fig. 3 getoonde uitvoeringsvorm zijn twee poten 4a van het H-vormig hulpmiddel 4 voorzien van stroken haakjesband 5, welke samenwerken met het materiaal waarvan het hulpmiddel 4 is vervaardigd. Bij de in fig. 4 getoonde uitvoeringsvorm is een ringvormig orgaan 7 voor het doorvoeren van de poten 4a van het H-vormig hulpmiddel 4 voorzien. In dit geval zijn nabij de einden van elke poct 4a van het hulpmiddel 4 bevestigingsmiddelen 5, bij voorkeur in de vorm van stroken haakjesband 5, aangebracht.
Bij het bevestigen van de zitsteun 3 aan de rugleuning 2 van de stoel 1 wordt elke poot 4a door het ringvormige orgaan 7 gevoerd en door middel hiervan aangetrokken en met behulp van de stroken haakjesband 5 op de gewenste positie aan het materiaal van het hulpmiddel 4 bevestgd. De poten 4a kunnen hierdoor

gelijkmatig worden aangetrokken, zodat een nog betere en stevigere bevestiging van de zitsteun 3 aan de rugleuning 2 van de stcel 1 wordt verkregen.
Het bevestigingshulpmiddel 4 volgens de uitvinding houdt de zitsteun 3 perfect op zijn plaats tegen de rugleuning 2 omdat de aan de achterzijde van de rugleuning 2 aan elkaar bevestigde poten 4a van het H-vormig hulpmiddel de zitsteun 3 tegen de voorzijde van de rugleuning 2 aan klemmen. Zelfs bij het gaan zitten en opstaan zal de zitsteun 3 op zijn plaats blijven zitten.
Hierdoor is te allen tijde verzekerd dat een juist gebruik van de zitsteun is verkregen.
Het hulpmiddel 4 kan naast bureaustoelen, zoals getoond in de figuren 1-4, ook gebruikt worden bij kantoorstoelen, autostoelen en andersoortige stoelen.
Door de elasticiteit van het materiaal, dat bij voorkeur een weefsel is, kan elke zitsteun van willekeurige vorm aan elke soort stoel worden bevestigd en zal een perfecte en esthetische verbinding zijn verschaft.
