"Perfectionnements aux préservatifs de type condom". L'invention concerne un préservatif permettant la contraception et la protection contre les maladies sexuellement transmissibles.
On connaît déjà un préservatif en forme de manchon cylindrique, clos une extrémité et enroulé sur lui même, se positionnant sur la verge par déroulement à partir du haut de la verge, c. a. d. à partir du sommet du gland, et se terminant à la base de la verge par un anneau circulaire. Un tel préservatif est communément désigné sous le nom"condom".
Le préservatif cité plus haut comporte 2 inconvénients majeurs ; le premier étant qu'il n'empêche pas la remontée du préservatif (par glissement ou réenroulement du préservatif le long de la verge) due à l'élasticité du caoutchouc ; le deuxième étant que ce préservatif diminue considérablement l'acceptation et le confort d'utilisation ainsi que l'aptidude à la stimulation sexuelle, de par les replis du préservatif (préservatif"tire-bouchonné"sur la verge) qui se manifestent autour de l'anneau prépucial et gênent les mouvements de la verge lors de rapports sexuels.
Les préservatifs classiques diminuent donc le plaisir et la sensibilité. Cela diminue l'acceptabilité du port du préservatif lors du coït. Il gêne les mouvements de la verge lors de rapports sexuels.
De plus des mouvements de friction peuvent fragiliser le préservatif et provoquer le déchirement de celui-ci, ce qui peut entraîner une annulation du résultat souhaité qui est de protéger.

Les brevets américains numéros 5.158. 556 et 5.351. 699 proposent des accessoires devant remédier certains des inconvénients énoncés. outre le fait que les solutions proposées sont relativement complexes et donc onéreuses, la mise en place de tels accessoires supplémentaires, que ce soit avec un préservatif classique ou avec un moyen de contraception spécialement adapté, est peu pratique et nuit sérieusement au confort d'utilisation et A l'acceptation de la solution.
La présente invention a pour but de remédier aux inconvénients énoncés. L'invention, telle qu'elle est caractérisée dans les revendications, résout le problème.
La nouveauté de l'invention consiste en un anneau de retenue (anse) à la base du préservatif qui sera, après déroulement du préservatif sur la verge, tiré et positionné à l'arrière des testicules, c. A. d. derrière la partie postérieure supérieure du scrotum ou poche scrotale.
Cet anneau constitue un dispositif permettant de maintenir le préservatif à la base de la verge.
Ce dispositif consiste en une anse attachée sur une partie de la circonférence de l'anneau à la base du préservatif.
Selon un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention cette anse peut consister dans le dédoublement de l'anneau de base du préservatif sur une partie (p. ex. la moitié) de sa circonférence.
Cet anneau sera légèrement plus épais et dédoublé sur une partie (en général la moitié) de la circonférence.
Le procédé de fabrication veillera à ce qu'il n'y ait pas de zone de moindre résistance à l'endroit où débute le dédoublement de l'anneau.
La partie dédoublée se tire tout simplement derrière les testicules (c. à. d. la partie postérieure supérieure), et

maintient ainsi le préservatif à la base de la verge.
Selon un autre mode de réalisation particulier de l'invention, le préservatif peut être muni d'une entaille sur une partie de la circonférence de la base du préservatif, ce qui forme aussi une anse de maintien.
Ce mode de réalisation peut s'averer plus simple à réaliser mais peut présenter l'inconvenient que l'anse résiste moins à la déchirure.
Les avantages obtenus grâce A cette invention consistent essentiellement en ceci que l'anneau prépucial sera maintenu en état de tension vers la base de la verge, en d'autre mots elle permettra le décallotement permanent de la verge lors de l'érection.
D'où une stimulation sexuelle accrue, pas de préservatif (capote) qui remonte, et une protection accrue, même après la fin de l'érection ; plus de surfaces supplémentaires (replis) gênant l'excitation des zones érogènes masculines se situant à la base du gland. Même lors de la détumescence de la verge le préservatif restera en place.
L'acceptation du préservatif augmente nettement.
L'usage du préservatif ne sera plus ressenti comme un handicap au plaisir sexuel.
En outre l'anneau de retenue du préservatif glissé derrière les testicules peut offrir une stimulation sexuelle supplémentaire et augmente la rigidité.
