Abstract

The invention relates to a fish scoop net operation device for scooping up fish that have bitten on the fishing tackle. The purpose of the invention is to provide a fish scoop net operation device, with which strong fish can be caught more quickly and with a higher success rate. To this end the fish scoop net operation device is, in accordance with the invention, equipped with gripping devices so that there are other ways of gripping the scoop net handle than just by hand. This means that the fisherman can hold his rod with both hands, and at the same time grip the fish on the hook.

   Visschepnetbedieningsinrichting 
De uitvinding betreft een visschepnetbedieningsinrichting voor het scheppen van een aan vistuig vastgebeten vis. 



   De uitvinding heeft ten doel een visschepnetbedieningsinrichting te verschaffen, waarmee sterke vissen sneller en met meer kans op succes zijn te vangen. 



   Daartoe is de visschepnetbedieningsinrichting volgens de uitvinding gekenmerkt door aangrijpmiddelen voor het anders dan met de hand aangrijpen van een schepnetsteel. 



  Hiermede kan de visser zijn hengel met beide handen vasthouden, terwijl hij toch de aangehaakte vis kan onderscheppen. 



   De uitvinding zal in de hierna volgende beschrijving aan de hand van tekeningen worden verduidelijkt. In de tekeningen stellen voor :

   Een visser houdt een hengel 1 liefst met beide handen vast, terwijl een ingehaalde vis 2 zieh aan de vislijn 3 heeft vastgebeten. 



   Volgens fig. 1 wordt een schepnet 5 met een steel 6, waarvan het boveneinde een bocht 7 heeft die om het lijf van de visser grijpt ter hoogte van zijn broekriem 9 aangegrepen middels een visschepnetbedieningsinrichting 4. Aan de rugzijde grijpt een aan de bocht 7 bevestigde, opwaarts gerichte haak 8 van onderaf binnen de riem 9, terwijl aan de buikzijde een aan de bocht 7 bevestigde haak 10 van bovenaf binnen de riem 9 grijpt. Door wat voorover te buigen en vis 2 met het schepnet 5 te volgen, schept de visser onder de vis 2 en heft dan het schepnet op door zich wat op te richten en eventueel achteruit te lopen tot op de opwaarts hellende wal 3.

   Volgens figuren 3 en 4 omvat de schepnetbedieningsinrichting 4, ter bediening van een schepnet 5 met een steel 6, een beenband 11, die onderling vast op elkaar aangrijpende klittenbanden 12 heeft. Aan de band 11 is een opgerichte onronde koker 13, bijvoorbeeld met ovale doorsnede, waarin een onrond neerwaarts gebogen steeleinde 14 past. 



  Door wijziging van de beenstand en beenhelling is het schepnet 5 te verplaatsen respectievelijk op te heffen. 



   Volgens fig. 5 en 6 omvat de visschepnetbedieningsinrichting 11 een op de steel 6 van een schepnet 5 aangrijpende voetplank 15 met een voetriem of-beugel 16. 



  Deze voetplank 15 kan ten opzichte van een grondframe 17 draaien om een verticale aslijn 18 volgens pijlen 19 en kan zwenken om een horizontale aslijn 20 volgens pijlen 21 teneinde de vis 2 te kunnen volgen en tenslotte het schepnet 5 op te heffen, wanneer de vis 2 zieh daarboven bevindt. Bij voorkeur is de steel 6 losmaakbaar aan de voetplank 15 te bevestigen middels een aan de voetplank 15 bevestigde, zijwaarts open, verende beugel 20.

   Fishing net control device
The invention relates to a fishing net operating device for scooping a fish bitten by fishing gear.



   The object of the invention is to provide a fishing net operating device with which strong fish can be caught faster and with more chance of success.



   To this end, the fishing landing net operating device according to the invention is characterized by gripping means for gripping a landing net handle other than by hand.



  This allows the angler to hold his rod with both hands while still being able to intercept the hooked fish.



   The invention will be elucidated in the following description with reference to drawings. In the drawings represent:

   A fisherman prefers to hold a fishing rod 1 with both hands, while a overtaken fish 2 has bitten on the fishing line 3.



   According to fig. 1, a landing net 5 with a stem 6, the upper end of which has a bend 7 which engages around the body of the fisherman, is engaged at the height of his belt 9 by means of a fishing landing net operating device 4. At the back a grab attached to the bend 7 upwardly directed hook 8 from below inside the belt 9, while on the belly side a hook 10 attached to the bend 7 engages within the belt 9 from above. By bending slightly forward and following fish 2 with the landing net 5, the fisherman scoops up under the fish 2 and then lifts the landing net by raising himself slightly and possibly walking backwards to the upward sloping shore 3.

   According to Figures 3 and 4, the landing net operating device 4, for operating a landing net 5 with a stem 6, comprises a leg strap 11, which has mutually fixed Velcro straps 12 mutually engaging. On the belt 11 is an erected round tube 13, for instance with an oval cross section, in which an unround, downwardly bent stem end 14 fits.



  The landing net 5 can be moved or raised by changing the leg position and leg inclination.



   According to Figs. 5 and 6, the fishing net operating device 11 comprises a footboard 15 engaging the stem 6 of a landing net 5 with a foot strap or bracket 16.



  This footboard 15 can rotate relative to a ground frame 17 about a vertical axis 18 according to arrows 19 and can pivot about a horizontal axis 20 according to arrows 21 in order to be able to follow the fish 2 and finally lift the landing net 5 when the fish 2 above it. Preferably, the stem 6 can be releasably attached to the footboard 15 by means of a laterally open, resilient bracket 20 fixed to the footboard 15.

Claims

A fishing net operating device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the engaging means comprise at least one engaging element extending along an erected body part.

A fishing net operating device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the gripping means comprise at least one gripping element attached to a stem end, as well as the gripping element to be secured to a body part of a fisherman.

Fishing net operating device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the engaging means comprise a foot pedal which is movable relative to a pedal carrier.

Fishing net operating device according to claim 6, characterized in that the foot pedal is pivotable about both a horizontal and a vertical axis.
