Abstract
The erosion plough has been designed for application in agricultural andhorticultural areas for the aeration of soil. It aerates the soil withoutrotating the topsoil, making it possible to sow crops in the fertile residueof the previous year's crop. This eliminates the risk of soil irrigation. The breaking effect of the forks in the soil, ranging from 25 to 45cm deep, ensures that no water can remain in the area, consequently causing no soilerosion. The quality of the soil is improved, as the microorganism of thetopsoil is not broken down. By placing the middle fork on a parallelogramthe working depth remains even across the total working area.

Erosion plow The invention is a plow for aerating soils and preventing soil erosion and soil leaching.
In agriculture, subsoilers are used to dry the soil. This machine consists of long teeth with a breaking knife to break open the ground. But the soil is pulled too deeply, attracting all the water from the surrounding grounds to that place. In fact, one drains his soil what should be done with the help of a laser. So this is impossible to achieve with an agricultural tractor. By collecting the water in the same place, the soil structure is spoiled and the cultivation soil dries out.
This is not the case with the erosion plow as described in the claims. This plow ventilates the soil by penetration of the tines to a depth of 25 cm to 45 cm. She lifts the ground without forming a sod. After lifting, the soil will break down in its own bed without being turned over and by keeping the soil elevated longer on the outer sides of the turbulence, a pressing effect is created towards the center behind the teeth, causing the newly loosened soil in the second stage to previously degraded soil will grind and aerate and increase in volume. The shape of the trailing roller further crushes the soil and compresses and knocks it back into its original bed.
So nothing changes in the appearance of the terrain, except for three solid lines and a completely broken ground structure with the appearance of a broken bread. This broken soil structure prevents soil erosion because the water is not on the surface

remains standing. Because the earth is not churned up, it is possible to use the erosion plow in green manure without destroying it. It is also possible to sow in the fruit residues from the previous season, so that they die while the new roots sprout. Consequently, there is no possibility of soil leaching, as the old and new roots retain the soil. Because the soil is not churned up, the micro-organism of the cultivated soil also remains intact, so that soil improvement occurs.
The invention is herein better explained by the accompanying drawings.
Figure 1 shows the machine in side view.
The second figure is a top view.
The third figure is a top view of the rear roller.
Figure 4 is a detail view of one of the three teeth with a whortle.
The figures represent a machine for aerating soils and preventing soil erosion and soil leaching, consisting of a frame with three agitators and a rear roller.
In accordance with the invention, the teeth are provided with agitators and not with breaking knives such as a deep agitator.
