SAMENSTEL VAN GONDOLA MET GONDOLABOOFD
Onderhavige uitvinding betreft een samenstel van gondola met gondolahoofd bestaande uit staande stijlen en boven elkaar liggende verstelbare legborden of schappen bestemd voor het uitstallen van artikelen voor verkoop.
Ze vindt haar belangrijkste toepassing in winkelruimten, in het bijzonder zelf-bedieningswinkels en grootwarenhuizen.
In de huidige winkelruimten staan gondola's of uitstalrekken van verschillende hoogten, diepten en lengten en van verschillende makelij opgesteld langs de wanden of langs rijen met aan beide zijden gangen. Deze gondola's of rekken zijn voorzien enkel of dubbelzijdig van een of meerdere legborden.
Op de uiteinden van deze gondola's kunnen gondolahoofden geplaatst zijn die ofwel losstaan van de gondola of er aan vastgemaakt zijn.
De reeds bestaande gondolahoofden zijn voorzien van een basisstructuur op dezelfde wijze als deze bestaat voor de gondola's, dit wil zeggen : een stijl met voet. Zij worden zonder meer ervoor geplaatst.
Zonder voet kan het gondolahoofd aan de gondola of het rek vastgehecht zijn, maar dan kunnen ze slechts dienen om lichtere lasten te dragen die bijvoorbeeld aan de geperforeerde rug van het gondolahoofd opgehangen worden of die op legborden liggen of aan baren hangen die vastzitten in de stijlen van het gondolahoofd.
Teneinde zware goederen, bv. 400 - 1000 kg, op een voet-

vrij gondolahoofd te stockeren, dient de structuur van de gondola of het rek, waaraan dit gondolahoofd vastgemaakt wordt, intern voorzien te zijn van een structuur om deze lasten te dragen zonder dat de gondola vervormt of bezwijkt.
Momenteel wenst men deze gondolahoofden meer en meer te gebruiken om goederen in display te brengen.
Men wil dit doen in grotere hoeveelheden, door de goederen in paletvorm toe te voeren en deze als dusdanig vóór het gondolahoofd te stockeren. In dit geval mag er geen voet noch basis voorzien zijn aan het gondolahoofd. Daarbij wil men boven de goederen in paletvorm nog meerdere goederen uitstallen in groot volume.
Hiervoor is er behoefte aan een gondolahoofd dat vrij is langs beneden voor stapeling van goederen, bijvoorbeeld in paletvorm met daarboven legborden waarop nog een massa goederen kunnen gestapeld worden, meer gespecificeerd tot 1000 kg, op een vrij te kiezen hoogte.
Zulk gondolahoofd moet daarenboven kunnen geplaatst worden in de winkelruimtes aan elke gondola of rek, van gelijk welke hoogte, lengte en diepte, van gelijk welk fabrikaat en ouderdom dus van gondolas of rekken die intern niet de nodige voorzieningen hebben om zulk type van gondolahoofd aan te bevestigen.
Omwille van de flexibiliteit en de mobiliteit van gondola's of rekken naderhand is een verankering in de vloer of het gebruik van spankabels te mijden.
De huidige uitvinding beoogt dit probleem op te lossen. Zij stelt een aanhechtingssysteem van een gondola met een gondolahoofd voor, dat gemakkelijk in elkaar te zetten en uit elkaar te nemen is en die de konstruktie van het geheel verstevigt zodat grote trek-

krachten, zowel op de zijpanelen als op de legborden, uitgeoefend mogen worden zonder dat, ingeval van zware belasting met goederen op het gondolahoofd de ontmanteling van het samenstel veroorzaakt.
Om aan deze vereisten te voldoen, stelt onderhavige uitvinding voor, gebruik te maken van een samenstel van gondola met gondolahoofd zoals omschreven in de preambule van de bijgevoegde conclusie 1. Het samenstel onderscheidt zieh doordat men de rechtstaande stijlen van het gondolahoofd en de rechtstaande stijlen van de gondola door middel van een horizontaal T-stijl en door middel van een reeks slotschroeven waarvan de stelen de in bovengenoemde stijlen of langs die stijlen inhaken, met elkaar worden vastgehecht. Volgens een bijzonderheid van de uitvinding draagt de tussenbaar, die de staande stijlen van het gondolahoofd met elkaar längs de bovenkant verbindt, langs de achterkant de een reeks beugels, in het bijzonder twee beugels, om het hoogteverschil tussen de bestaande gondola van verschillende makelij op te vangen.
De gondola of uitstalrek, waaraan het gondolahoofd gemonteerd wordt, hoeft van niets voorzien te zijn. Het gondolahoofd geeft deze stabiliteit aan het rek zelf.
De uitvinding laat een gemakkelijke samenstelling van het gondolahoofd met gondola's of rekken van gelijk welke hoogte toe. Er is geen gebruik van spankabels of enige verankering in de vloer. De ruimte voor het gondolahoofd is volledig vrij, wat een eenvoudige aanvoer, afvoer en stapeling van paletten mogelijk maakt.
Boven deze paletten kunnen op verschillende niveaus legborden of schappen gemonteerd worden op dit gondolahoofd met een belasting die 1000 kg kan bedragen Als tegengewicht voor het gondolahoofd met zijn belasting, bv. 1000 kg. verspreid over verschillende legbor-

den, dient de bestaande gondola met zijn eigen gewicht van stijlen, legborden, ruggen, voeten, steunen etc.
Hiervoor wordt ca. 4 m. van de bestaande gondola gebruikt.

Zoals afgebeeld in figuur 1, bestaat een samenstel van gondola 1 met gondolahoofd 2 uit een reeks staande stijlen 3 en legborden 4 of schappen, waarop allerlei artikelen voor verkoop uitgestald worden.
De zijwaartse krachten van het gondolahoofd 2 met zijn belasting aan goederen vergen een stabilisatie van de bestaande gondola 1. Dit gebeurt door de ruggen en de stijlen 3 van de bestaande gondola 1 tot een solide/vaste wand te verbinden, door middel van een slotschroef 6 waarvan de steel 7 in de stijl 3 of langs de stijl 3 loopt en langs een kant inhaakt in de stijl 3 en langs boven aan een drukplaat bevestigd is en zo de ruggen naar beneden drukken tegen hun aanslag door deze slotschroef 6 met moer aan te spannen (fig. 2).
Deze slotschroef 6 met haak laat men van bovenaf in de stijl 3 of langs de stijl 3 zakken zonder dat de bestaande gondola 1 of rek moet gewijzigd of gedemonteerd worden.
Wanneer zo vijf slotschroeven 6 geplaatst zijn, wordt een T-vormige stijl 5, die 4 m. lang is, (in 2 delen) boven over de top van de bestaande gondola 1 en over de vijf slotschroeven 6, die boven de gondola 1 of het rek uitsteken, gelegd (fig. 3). Op deze T-stijl 5 wordt een tussenbaar 11 naar boven of naar beneden geschoven en bevestigd met twee blokkeervijzen 10 en dit volgens de hoogte van de bestaande gondola (fig. 4) en de schikking van de haken van de T-vormige stijl 5 naar boven of naar beneden. Vervolgens worden de stijlen, bij voorbeeld met de afmetingen 60/40/3 en 60/30/3 ingeschoven (fig.
5). Vervolgens worden de geperforeerde ruggen ingehangen bv. voor een gondolahoofd (fig. 6). Met een hoogte van 2, 25 m zijn dit drie kleine ruggen die men naast elkaar plaatst.

Het geheel wordt waterpas en op gelijke hoogte geplaatst met de bestaande gondola of rek door het verstellen van de stelschroeven 13 in de vier stijlen 3.
Vervolgens worden alle ruggen geplaatst aan de voorzijde en achterzijde van het gondolahoofd 2.
Dan wordt een verstevigingsbaar 14 onder in de vier stijlen 3 van het gondolahoofd 2 ingehangen tussen de gondola 1 en het gondolahoofd 2 ter hoogte van de basis van de gondola 1 en eraan bevestigd met een klem dit om de vier stijlen 3 van het gondolahoofd 2 uit te lijnen en de optredende krachten af te leiden naar de centrale stijl van de bestaande gondola 1. Vervolgens laat men de tussenbaar 11 boven op de vier stijlen 3 van het gondolahoofd 2 zakken en spant men de T-stijl 5 aan over de slotschroeven 6 met in dit geval vijf moeren (fig. 4).
Het gondolahoofd 2 is hierdoor strak verbonden met de bestaande gondola 1. Het eigen gewicht van de bestaande gondola 1 dient als tegengewicht voor het gondolahoofd 2 en de goederen die er op gestapeld zullen worden. Het geheel blijft in evenwicht. Vervolgens wordt onderaan op het gondolahoofd nog een bumper 12 geplaatst om beschadiging van aankomende paletten te voorkomen.
Het gondolahoofd 2 is nu klaar om de legborden 4 te plaatsen en de goederen erop te zetten.
