Abstract

1. Acaricidal composition containing, as active ingredient, at least a sulphur-containing organic compound of the following formula I : see diagramm : EP0078562,P13,F1 in which R and R1 are different organic radicals, characterized in that R represents a radical selected among the methyl, ethyl, propyl, butyl, hexyl and heptyl radicals having a straight or branched chain, the possibly methoxylated phenyl radical and the furyl-2 radical, and R1 represents a radical selected among the octyl, dodecyl and hexadecyl radicals or a thioacylhexamethylene group of the following formula II : see diagramm : EP0078562,P13,F2 in which R2 is identical to R1 , with the proviso that R does not represent a phenyl radical, when R1 represents an octyl radical.
