BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of The Invention The present invention relates to an opener structure with an illuminating device, and especially to an opener radiating light in the front end of the tool portion, thereby, a user will screw an screw easily in a dark region, moreover, the connecting portion of the present invention may be connected to an opener, or an electromotive opener, or a pneumatic opener, or a sleeve spanner in order that the connecting portion may be used in various tool.
Moreover, the connecting portion may be manufactured as an independent product.
Description of the Prior Art In prior art, screw openers (or sleeve openers) are classified as an independent type and an assembled type without being installed with illuminating devices. Therefore, when openers are used in dark region, since light does not radiate to screw, the work is effected, even the work can not be performed. However, it is very hard to take opener in one hand, -while take a lamp in another hand. Therefore, in order to solve this problem and provide a preferred product to consumers, an illuminating device is installed at the handle as a flashlight, wherein light radiates from the front end of the handle in order that the opener has the function of assisting the illumination.
Thus, the consumer may use it conveniently. However, the illuminating device is installed within the handle. The defect is that the light is far away from the head of the opener, thus, light is weak or is shielded by a sleeve or a connector. Moreover, the device is not suitable to be used in an electric opener or a sleeve spanner, or the like. Furthermore, the illuminating device is installed within the handle, thus, it can not be used in the opener with different constructions. As a result, it is inconvenient and wasted.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION .Accordingly, the primary object of present invention is to provide an opener structure with an illuminating device, wherein a lamp set is installed within an opener, by a light guiding structure, the light thereof radiates to the front end of a tool through a light guiding structure.
Another object of present invention is to provide an opener structure with an illuminating device, wherein the connecting portion of a lamp set may directly or indirectly connect to the embedding head (hole) of the handle of an opener, or an electromotive opener, or a pneumatic opener, or a sleeve spanner in order that the connecting portion may be used in various tools.
Moreover, the connecting portion may be manufactured as an independent product.
A further object of present invention is to provide an opener structure with an illuminating device, wherein the structure of the light guiding structure can be extended to one end of a tool through the connecting portion and the tool body.
A still object of present invention is to provide an opener structure with an illuminating device in which a lamp set is installed within the connecting portion of the opener. The light of the lamp set may pass through the central hole of the connecting portion and the central hole of the tool portion so as to directly radiate on the front end of the tool portion in order to avoid a shadow being generated.
A still object of present invention is to provide an opener structure with an illuminating device which has a simple structure, the batteries thereof can be updated easily, and the lamp set is switched conveniently.
Therefore, in order to achieve the aforesaid object, an opener structure with an illuminating device is disclosed in the present invention, wherein the opener comprises a handle, a connecting portion, and a tool portion. A first embedding hole is formed on the handle for being directly or indirectly combined to the distal end of the connecting portion. A second embedding hole is formed at another end of the connecting portion for being combining to the tool portion for forming as an opener. Characterized in that: the connecting portion is a hollow cylinder, a lamp set is installed at the rear end thereof, and a light guiding structure is formed at the front end of the lamp set.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT With reference to Figs. 1 and 2, the opener structure with illuminating device is illustrated. The opener of the present invention includes a handle 1, a connecting portion 2, a tool portion 3, etc. The handle 1 of the present invention may include a manual structures as shown in figures, or other electromotive or pneumatic structures not shown in the figure. An embedded hole 11 is on the handle 1 for being directly or indirectly connected to the distal end of the connecting portion 2. While another embedded hole 21 is at another end of the connecting portion 2 for being connected to the tool portion 3 so as to assemble with a practical tool portion.
The connecting portion 2 is a hollow cylinder and a lamp 4 installed at the rear end thereof. A light guiding structure is installed at the front end of the lamp set 4 (trench portion 5a or fiber line In this embodiment, the tool portion 3 is a flat opener, or a cruciform opener, or a hexagonal opener, etc. The connecting portion 2 includes a rear end 22, a front end 23, a lock ring 24, etc.
The rear end 22 has a shape with respect to that of the embedded hole 11 so that the two components are engaged with one another.
An opening of the rear end 22 has a groove 25 for receiving the lamp set 4. The center of the front end 23 is a through embedded hole 21 for being combined with the tool portion 3. At least one trench portion 5a is formed at the wall of the embedded hole 21 for guiding light. By the locking ring 24, the front end 23 is locked with the rear end 22. The lamp set 4 is formed by a lamp seat 4 and at least one lamp 42. An opening 43 is installed on the lamp seat 41 for receiving a battery 6. Thus, as the lamp set 4 is used, by the pressing of the connecting portion 2 being locked to the locking ring 24 so as to conduct a current. Moreover, the lamp set 4 can be engaged to an electromotive or pneumatic tool.
Moreover, in the connecting portion 2 aforesaid, the embedding hole 21 may have various shapes as that shown in Fig. 3A-I, or other embedding shapes not shown. As the embedding hole 21 is engaged with the tool portion 3; the trench portion 5a within the embedding hole is used as a light guiding structure; or by the embedding hole and the trench portion 5a, and the fiber wire 5a within the locking ring 24', and other light guiding structure serves to guide light to the front portion of the connecting portion 2 so as to have a preferred illumination effect.
Moreover, as the tool portion 3 (sleeve) shown in Fig. 7A and 7B, at least one trench portion 5a is installed at the wall within the sleeve for prolonging the illuminating position of light in order to avoid that light is shielded by a tool (as shown in Figs. 8A, 8B and 9).
6 Furthermore, as the embodiment shown in Figs. 6 and 7, the structure in the front portion 23 of the connecting portion 2 can be varied as that shown in the embodiment of Fig. 10. A polygonal combining groove 231 is formed at the rear side of the front portion 23 of the connecting portion 2. A hole 26 penetrating to the embedding head 21' is formed at the center of the combining groove 231. Another embedding head 25' with respect to the combining groove 231 is formed at the front end of the rear portion 22. The depth of the embedding head 25' is shallower than that of the combining groove 231, thus, a lamp seat 4 and a battery set 6 can be installed therewithin. An insulating cover 6 encloses the outer edge of the battery set 6. Moreover, a through hole 31 is located at the center of the tool portion 3.
As the aforesaid structure, in general, steel balls 29 serve to buckle the embedding head 11' of the handle 1 to a tool portion, however, in the embodiment of the present invention, a buckling ring 27 is used for that object, while the buckling ring 27 may be a C ring or an O ring made of steel wire. Or as that shown in Fig. 13, a plurality of slits 211 are cut on the embedding head 21'. Then, a convex ring 27' formed by an identical material serves to buckle the tool portion 3 or connecting portion 2 by the hole 26 or slit 211.
Alternatively, a magnet is used as a positioning structure in embedding.
Alternatively, the positioning of the front portion 23 and the rear portion 22 of the connecting portion 2 may be similar to the positioning structure of the tool portion 3 and the front portion 23.
A ring shape groove 28 is properly positioned within the combining groove 24 of the front portion, and elastic steel balls 29 are installed on the embedding head 25' in order to forms with a positioning structure. Similarly, the positioning structure may be steel balls, or a C ring, or an O ring, as recited above.
According to aforesaid structure, in the lamp set 4 and battery set 6 of the present invention, when the front portion 23 and rear portion 22 of connecting portion 2 of the present invention is combined to a predetermined position (as shown in Fig. 12A), the electromagnetic portion 6 is isolated by an insulating cover 61 so that the positive and negative electrodes are insulated with one another. In lamp set 4, one conducting end is directly electrically contacted with the head end of the electromagnetic portion 6, so that the lamp light. After aforesaid lamp set 4 is opened, light of the lamp may radiate directly from the center hole 26 and 31 of the front portion 23 and tool portion 3 to directly project to the nut to be rotated to avoid a shadow is formed. With reference to Fig. 12B for the aforesaid structure, in embodying the present invention, the structure of the connecting portion 2 may be integrated, by the embedding hole 11' of the handle 1 to be directly engaged with the battery set 6 of the combining groove 24 at the rear end of the connecting portion 2 so as to achieve the object of the present invention.
Moreover, With reference to Figs. 14 and 15, two modified embodiments of the present invention are illustrated. In fig. 14, the.
front portion 23 of the connecting portion 2 is formed with a shape of the embedding hole 21 to match with the shape of a general cruciform opener or a flat shape opener. While the through hole 26 for transmitting light is installed at a side shifted from the embedding hole 21. Besides, the position of the lamp set 4 is correspondingly moved to one side. Thereby, when the structure is used, the object of the present invention can be achieved. The rear end of the rear portion 22 can be changed to have a cylinder shape so as to combine with a chuck or the handle 1 having a combining hole 11. Moreover, the handle 1 may be directly used to replace the rear portion 22.
As shown in Fig. 15, the front portion 23 is made as a hollow and transparent cylinder which is detachable. Thus, the rear portion 23 is installed as a concave combining groove 25. Within the combining groove 25 is sequentially installed with a battery set 6 and a lamp set 4. Then, the structure is sealed by the rear end of the front portion 23 so that the predetermined object of the present invention is attained.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood that the invention is not limited to the details described thereof. Various substitutions and modifications have been suggested in the foregoing description, and others will occur to those of ordinary skill in the art.
Therefore, all such substitutions and modifications are intended to be embraced within the scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
For the purposes of this specification it will be clearly understood that the word "comprising" means "including but not limited to", and that the word "comprises" has a corresponding meaning.

Claims (12)

1.An opener structure with an illuminating device comprising a handle, a connecting portion, and a tool portion, wherein a first embedding hole is formed on the handle for being directly or indirectly combined to a distal end of the connecting portion, while a second embedding hole is formed at another end of the connecting portion for being combining to the tool portion for forming as an opener, characterized in that: the connecting portion is a hollow cylinder, a lamp set is installed at the rear end thereof, and a light guiding structure is formed at a front end of the lamp set.
2.The opener structure with an illuminating device as claimed in claim 1 wherein the tool portion is selected from one of the group of a flat head opener, a cruciform opener, and a hexagonal opener.
3.The opener structure with an illuminating device as claimed in claim 1 wherein the connecting portion includes a rear portion, a front portion, and a locking ring, the rear portion has a shape with respect to that of the first embedding hole of the connecting portion so that they are engaged by embedding; a groove is formed at an opening in front of the rear portion for receiving a lamp set, a penetrating third embedding hole for being combining with the tool portion is formed at the center of the front portion; at least one trench portion is formed at a wall of the embedding hole as a light guiding structure; by a locking ring, the front portion is locked to the rear portion; the lamp set is formed by a lamp seat and at least one lamp; an opening is installed in the lamp seat for .containing with batteries; and in using, the lamp set is conducted and then lights up by the tighten pressure of the locking ring of the connecting portion. 4.The opener structure with an illuminating device as claimed in claim 1 wherein at least one trench portion is formed at the outer wall of the tool portion as a light guiding structure. opener structure with an illuminating device as claimed in claim 1 wherein the connecting portion includes a rear portion, a front portion, and a locking ring, the rear portion has a shape with respect to that of the first embedding hole of the connecting portion so that they are engaged by embedding; a groove is formed at an opening in front of the rear portion for receiving a lamp set, a penetrating third embedding hole for being combining with the cross section of the tool portion is formed at the center of the front portion; by a locking ring, the front portion is locked to the rear portion; at least one fiber is embedded within the tool portion as a light guiding structure; the lamp set is formed by a lamp seat and at least one lamp; an opening is installed in the lamp seat for containing with batteries; and in using, the lamp set is conducted and then lights up by the tighten pressure of the locking ring of the connecting portion.
6.An opener structure with an illustrating device comprising a handle, a connecting portion, and a tool portion, wherein the tool portion is a sleeve, a first embedding head is arranged on the handle for being directly or indirectly combining to a distal end of the connecting portion, while a second embedding head is formed at another end of the connecting portion for being combined to the tool portion for forming as a hand tool; characterized in that: the connecting portion is a cylinder, and a lamp set is installed within the rear side of the connecting portion, and a light guiding structure is installed at the front end of the lamp set. 7.The opener structure with an illuminating device as claimed in claim 6 wherein the connecting portion comprises a rear portion, a front portion, and a locking ring, wherein the rear portion has a embedding groove with respect to a first embedding head of the handle so that the two components are engaged with one another; a groove is at the opening of the rear portion for receiving the lamp set; the front portion is a cylinder with a third embedding head for being combined with the tool portion; at least one trench portion is formed at the front portion of the connecting portion as a light guiding structure; by a locking ring, the front portion is locked to the rear portion; the lamp set is formed by a lamp seat and at least one lamp; an opening is installed in the lamp seat for containing batteries; and in using, the lamp set is conducted and then lights up by the tighten pressure of the locking ring of the connecting portion; therefore, light radiates from a gap between the trench portion of the front portion and the locking ring.
8.The opener structure with an illuminating device as claimed in claim 6 wherein the connecting portion comprises a rear portion, a front portion, and a locking ring, wherein the rear portion has a embedding groove with respect to a first embedding head of the handle so that the two components are engaged with one another; a groove is at the opening of the rear portion for receiving the lamp set; the front portion is a cylinder with a third embedding head for being combined with the tool portion; the front portion is combined with the rear portion by the locking ring; the locking ring has a long cylindrical shape, the front portion of which can be located to be near the third embedding head of the front portion, at least one fibers are embedded into the tube wall of the locking ring as a light guiding structure; the lamp set is formed by a lamp seat and at least one lamp; an opening is installed in the lamp seat for containing with batteries; and in using, the lamp set is conducted and then lights up by the tighten pressure of the locking ring of the connecting portion; therefore, light radiates from a gap between the trench portion of the front portion and the locking ring.
9.The opener structure with an illuminating device as claimed in claim 6 wherein at least one trench portion is at the wall at the interior of the tool portion as a light guiding structure. An opener structure with an illuminating device comprising a handle, a connecting portion and a tool portion, an illuminating device being installed within the connecting portion, thus an opener structure with an illuminating device being formed, characterized in that: the connecting portion includes a front portion and a rear portion, the rear side of the connecting portion has a polygonal combining groove, the center of the combining groove is formed with a penetrating hole, while the front end of the rear portion has a joint with respect to the combining groove, the length of the joint is shorter than the depth of the combining groove, thus, a lamp set and a batter set are sequentially installed therewithin; and an insulating cover serves to enclose the battery set; moreover, a through hole is formed at the center of the tool portion.
11. The opener structure with an illuminating device as claimed in claim 10 wherein the embedding head in the front portion of the connecting portion has a shape as an embedding hole matched with the shape of the opener; while a hole for being passed by light is installed at one side of the embedding hole; and the position of the lamp of the lamp set is to a respect side. '3
12. The opener structure with an illuminating device as claimed in claim 11 wherein the opener is selected from one of the group of a cruciform opener and a flat head opener.
13. The opener structure with an illuminating device as claimed in claim 10 wherein the front portion of the connecting portion is a cylinder, the rear portion of the connecting portion is a joint, the front end of the rear portion has a combining groove for being arranged with a battery set and a lamp set.
14. The opener structure with an illuminating device as claimed in claim 10 wherein a plurality of slits are cut on the embedding head, then a convex ring is finished on a neck portion thereof by material identical to the embedding head, then, by the elasticity of the holes and slits, the convex ring is tightly engaged therewithin.
