9 9 999 9 9 9~99 Invention Title: ASSEMBLING WALL PANEL STRUCTURE The following statement is a full description of this invention, including the best method of performing it known to us ASSEMBLING WALL PANEL STRUCTURE BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention is related to an assembly wall panel structure, especially to a wall panel structure having an upper plate and a lower casing (each made of metal, polyvinylchloride (PVC), polycarbonate (PC), polypropylene aluminium, iron, plywood, or fibre glass, etc.) with a middle layer of polyurethane (PU) foam sandwiched there-between. The upper plate is formed with a flat surface. The lower casing has a flat base plate and left and right upright enclosing walls. The middle section of one upright enclosing wall is provided with a tenon-like protruding end, while that of the other upright enclosing wall has a mortise-like engaging recess so that panel walls can be easily assembled in a row. In addition, the scale of each tenon-like protruding end is shorter than that of the mortise-like engaging recess so that a leakingproof gap is left open at the joint thereof, preventing the leakage of water. In assembly, the upper plate is located at the opening disposed at the top plane of the lower casing to seal up the space defined by the lower casing and the PU foam is injected therewithin, developing into volumes therein and consolidating S the upper plate and the lower casing into one piece with the PU foam sandwiched there-between.
20 A conventional assembly structure of wall panels is usually fastened together fixedly via rivets or other fastening means. In addition to the increase of labour and workload, the structure of the wall panels tends to be damaged by the rivets or other fastening means. In case of rain, water is liable to infiltrate onto the surface of the wall panels via the tracks of the rivets or other fastening 25 means. In the long run, even water-proof wall panels will deteriorate.
SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION It is therefore the primary object of the present invention to provide an "assembly wall panel structure, especially to a wall panel structure having an upper plate and a lower casing (each made of either metal, PVC, PC, PP, 30 aluminium, iron, or fibre glass, etc.) with a middle layer of PU foam sandwiched 0O*.

°as production.
It is another object of the present invention to provide an assembly wall panel structure wherein the upper plate is located at the opening disposed at the top plane of the lower casing to seal up the space defined by the lower casing into the space thereof the PU foam being then injected, expanding and consolidating the upper plate and the lower casing into one piece with the PU foam sandwiched there-between.
It is a third object of the present invention to provide an assembly wall panel structure wherein the lower casing has a base plate to the left and right lateral side of which an upright enclosing wall is extended respectively. The middle section of one upright enclosing wall is provided with a tenon-like protruding end, while that of the other upright enclosing wall has a mortise-like engaging recess so that the wall panels can be easily assembled in a row. In addition, the space occupied by the tenon-like protruding end is smaller than that defined by the mortise-like engaging recess so that a leaking-proof gap is left open at the joint thereof, preventing the leakage of water onto the surface of the wall panels.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS 25 Please refer to Figs. 1, 2. The present invention is related to an assembly wall panel structure, especially to a wall panel structure having an upper plate and a lower casing 20 (each made of either metal, PVC, PC, PP, aluminium, iron, plywood, fibre glass, or FRP, etc.) with a middle layer of foam •0 sandwiched there-between the upper plate 10 and the lower casing 20. The upper plate 10 is formed with a flat surface. The lower casing 20 has a flat base 21 to the left and right lateral side of which an upright enclosing wall 22 is S•vertically extended respectively. The middle section of one upright enclosing wall 22 is folded into a tenon-like protruding end 23 corresponding to that of the other upright enclosing wall 22 which is corrugated into a mortise-like engaging recess 24. The size of the tenon-like protruding end 23, however, is unevenly matched to that of the mortise-like engaging recess 24 with the space occupied by the tenon-like protruding end 23 shorter than that defined by the mortise-like engaging recess 24. In addition, each upright enclosing wall 22 is disposed with a top plate 25 which, extended inwardly for a certain distance in a right angle with the upright enclosing wall 22, defines an opening at the top plane of the lower casing 20 thereof.
In assembly, the upper plate 10 is put into the lower casing 20 to be located at the opening disposed by both top plates 25 thereof so as to seal up the space defined by the lower casing 20. The PU foam 30 is then injected into the enclosed space formed by the upper plate 10 and the lower casing 20. The PU foam 30 will work within the enclosed space of the upper plate 10 and the lower casing 20 thereof, swelling and expanding into volumes till the upper plate 10 and the lower casing 20 are fastened into one solid piece by the adhesive quality of the PU foam 30 with the PU foam 30 sandwiched there- S.
~between.
Please refer to Figs. 3, 4. In practical use, the panel walls of the present 20 invention are easily assembled together via the tenon-like protruding ends 23 55•1 and the mortise-like engaging recesses 24 thereof. The tenon-like protruding end 23 of one wall panel can be joined to the mortise-like engaging recess 24 of the other wall panel next to it, and that of the other wall panel to that of a third wall panel following etc. In addition, due to the disproportion in scale between 25 the tenon-like protruding end 23 and the mortise-like engaging recess 24, a leaking-proof gap 26 is left open at the joint of each two tenon-like protruding end 23 and mortise-like engaging recess 24 thereof. In case of rain when water infiltrates through the seam of the wall panel, the leak-proof gap 26 will gather .the water, preventing the water from leaking out of the wall panels.
Please refer to Fig. 5. The upper plate 10 and the base plate 21 of the lower casing invention can also be shaped into corrugated boards 10, 21 having a plurality of indented grooves 27 disposed thereon. The indented 4 grooves 27 can define any shapes such as rectangle or arcs so as to strengthen the structure of the wall panels of the present invention. In addition, both of the upper plate 10 and the lower casing 20 are integrally moulded. Via the combination of the both parts, the wall panels of the present invention can be easily produced in a production line with both material and cost of production minimised.
