Therefore, it i s lnecessary to prowl d' n fnstleakproof connector structure to s-ol, t e1hn ahovre problem.
SUMMARY OF TI!" E INVFMTfI N *It is therefore a primary objor~t of the prosent.
invention to provide a f a st 1 onkproof r o nnnecLonr structure which serves to fast and firmly connr-t: wi th a tube to achieve a 1. oakproof and sa fe(ty e.f fec,,t.
It is a further object of the, present inverition to provide the above conne-ctor structure which has simple structure and can be easily assembled, maintained andI serviced so as to save cost.
According to the above objectn, I-he fast Inakproof connector structuire of the present invention inc'lds a connector ma i.n body a rubber 1 cckproof r inq and a fitting ring. The main body has a hrnd portion at: each end which is formed b~y an ouiter anid an i rirvr tubens defining an annul ar i nqrt ion q4roove? for I tube to insert there into. The outer tube is fortw d w it1 ;h stepped port ion on i nnor 5 i do for th ln rulri I ra pt on f ring and the fitti nq ring to I ocato thereon. Thn i-iiblior leakproof ring is disposed with inclined vacuum Msuckingq flanges on inner side for vacuum su(,ki ng and n ttach in to the tube.
*The present invention can be, best understonod 10 through the fol11owing descri pti on and acoonmpa.nyinrg drawing, wherein: BRTEF DESCRITION OF THlE F)PAWTNGS 15 Fig. 1 is a sectional view showinq that- a conventional connector is connectoed with a1 tubO b.y m(eans of PVC adhesive agent; Fig. 2 is a perspoctive o-p1 odod view of Lh present invention; Fig. 3 is a sectional assembled view and front view of the present invention; Fig. 4 is a sectional assembledl view andl front. viepw showing that the tube is inserted into the connjctor of the present invention; Fig. 5 is an enlarged view of' part. DETAILED DESC2RIPTI ON OF THM, PREFERREE)f- prif~un I HENVT Pl ease refer to Fig. 2. The, present i avontion includes a connector main body a leakproof ring K' and a fitting ring 36. The main body 3 has ii honri portion 30 at each end which is formed by an outer anti an inner tubes 31, 32 defining an annular innertion groove 3:3 for the tube 2 to insert there into. 'Ihr outer tube 31 is longer than the inner tube 32 and is formed 10 with a stepped portion 3.11 on inner side for the ru-ber leakproof ring 35 and the fitting ring 36 to Inc'aithereon. Insertion holes 34 are further formed on khe periphery of the outer tube 31. above the ste'ppedi portion 311 for the insertion blocks 361. foirmed on pariphery of :15 -the fitting ring 36 to insert thereinto so as to prevent the rubber leakproof ring 35 from cletachinci from the outer tube 31 The rubber leakproof' ring 315 is disposed .:with inclined vacuum sucking flanges 351 on inner sid.e f or vacuum sucking and attachintj to the tube, whereby the tube can be easily inserted into the connector wi ice being difficult to be pulled out.
Please r'ofer to Ai. 3 The pies ont inuvenition can be easily assembled in such a maniner that the lealzproof' ring 35 is f irst placed on the steppod portion 311. ofthe outer tube 31 of the main body 3 and then the hnrtl fitting ring 36 is fitted thiereinto with the reverse triangii I. zr inrerti on hi3~ (j 1 smoThri 3l y f- I i rie'ri i II f) t~ 11, insorti on holes 34 of thep outoi I iiho 31 rn IE l associate the three mpmlhers together reRnly frot Ilhe H111he -to insert into the connector.
Please rofer to Fig. 5 wh i Ch in qn n-11 Y JOI N vj eTrq f part A of Fig. 3, showing the vactium fii-ki nq fl kinqe-- i~ :of the 1 eakproof rin tvj35 in a non-compressed n tatc-. Irher vacuum sucking Flanqes 351 have a slope of 30 dresor any degrees less than 90 degrees-, so that the tuih-c~an be easily inserted by means of the, slope of the vacuuiim sucking flanges 351. At this time-, t-he vnccilm -nucJ-lr flanges 351 are compressed by the tubeo to vacuuim suolk and attach to the tube. Therefore, wheon it is desiredl to extract the tuibe, by means of tho vacuumii suck itin f 1 anqes 351. serving as reverse hooks rind ther vactimn ci r-ilg force, it will, he difficult to tanke out the tube is will be described hepreinbelow.
