Abstract
The antenna 1 can be used with devices of the transponder type. This antenna 1 comprises an inductor 20 and a capacitor 12 forming a resonant circuit. In order to avoid any overheating and to dispose of a sufficiently wide operating range or passband, there is disposed in parallel with the coil 10, a branch comprising two Zener diodes mounted in opposite senses, or any non-linear damping arrangement with equivalent effect. <IMAGE>
