Abstract

The invention relates to the implementation of data bases. It relates to an installation allowing to use information banks comprising on one hand data bases (12) and on the other hand data banks (14), working with different formats. Data of at least one data base (12) are connected to data of at least one data bank (14) with different formats. A circuit (28) according to the invention allows the transmission of informations having different formats by a simple telephone line of the switched network (26) towards peripheral (20, 22) of a remote terminal (18). Application to information banks which service simultaneously telecopiers and terminals of the screen-keyboard type.
