Abstract

The invention relates to a mobile data acquisition device for processing deliveries. The inventive device comprises a reader (2) for machine-readable information that is attached to objects to be delivered, an input system for information that identifies the receiver and an additional module for a mobile data acquisition device for processing deliveries. According to the invention, data processing and receiver identification carried out by such a known mobile data acquisition device or additional module for such a data acquisition device are simplified and improved by configuring the input system as a reader (3) for machine-readable identification means of the receiver.
