Abstract

The present invention pertains to a method and device for integrating distributed telematic applications by means of a plurality of telecommunication channels. The various telematic applications are connected through a common interface to a new additional integrating mechanism arranged on various telecommunication channels. In addition to specific telematic applications, there are parameters going beyong the the application as such which are assessed in specialized units. Polling and activating telecommunication channels and procedures going beyond the application are ensured based on the contents of the parameters.
