Abstract

An electric power supply device (1) for mains-independent operation of electrical devices (2) exhibits a holder (11) attached to the electrical device (2) for holding a storage unit (10) in an easily detachably locked and essentially completely exposed manner. The storage unit (10) exhibits for the electrically conductive contact connection flat and positionally rigid contacting contacts (38) which are located approximately in the plane of a recessed depositing area (13) and the corresponding counter-contacting contacts (39) are arranged in the area of the associated counter-depositing area (13) of the holder (11). The contacting contacts (38, 39) are located closely to a folding axis formed by a protruding folding nose (32) and nose pocket (33) between the storage unit (10) and the holder (11), resulting in advantageous levering conditions. For the detachable locking, two separate locks (18) which, however, can be operated at the same time, are provided in the area of the other end of the storage unit (10) which accommodates the holder (11) in an almost completely recessed manner. <IMAGE>
