Abstract
Newness and distinctiveness reside in the following visual features of pattern and ornamentation of a bonded dual layer sterile wrap as shown in the representations an embossing pattern; a blue and a pink layer forming first and second sides of the wrap; each layer having an exterior face and first and second sets of two opposing edges; each exterior having respective two spaced-apart thin and parallel blue or pink linear bonded sections extending from the first to the second of the first set of edges; the area between each bonded section being free of bonding; each bonded section having a first bonded section positioned near and parallel to a first of the second set of edges and a second bonded section positioned near and parallel to a second of the second set of edges; each of the second set of edges of both layers having no bonding. When considering newness and distinctiveness the specific patterning of the bonded sections should be given minimum emphasis.
