Abstract
This trouser design is new because the panels of each leg are in a rectangular box shape having 4 sides constructed of 4 panels joined by 4 side seams (being 2 inner & 2 outer) the combination of which fit around each of the wearer's legs in a distinctive 3 dimensional box shaped design. There are front and back panels to the trousers. These are joined by an inner-leg gusset panel going the whole length of the leg as well as outside-leg panels which also go the whole length of the leg from hem to yoke. This panel combination causes a distinctive 3 dimensional 4 sided shaped design feature for each leg which is recognizable by the 2 inside and 2 outside side seams. As opposed to previous trouser designs which are constructed from front and rear panels joined by 2 side seams per leg (being inner and outer) which fit around the wearer in an envelope design and 2 dimensional manner. Nothing new or distinct is claimed in the design relating to pockets hems yoke waist band zipper.
