Abstract
The distinctiveness and newness of the design resides in the double layer back panels which cover the buttocks and back of the legs and double layer gusset which covers the crotch and inner thigh. No other Active wear legging has these features. These panels prevent the garment from becoming transparent during exercises where the fabric becomes stretched. They also provide support. The features are depicted in the annotated line drawings and photographs submitted. The double layer back panels are shaped to contour the legs and the seams connect to the gusset panel seam between the legs. The leggings are sublimation printed with patterns and images In addition no other Active wear legging has the combination of the following four features which make the design new and distinctive also 1. double layer back panel 2. double layer gusset 3. double layer fold down waist band 4. flat lock cover stitch seams joining all seams.
