MOBILE PHONE BATTERY COMPARTMENT Invention Title: 4 The following statement is a full description of this invention, including the best method of performing it known to me: GHl REF: P5061 WA/J ;t MOBILE PHONE BATTERY
COMPARTMENT
Filed of the Invention I The present invention relates generally to a mobile phone battery compartment, in particular to a battery compartment which is capable of storing the conventional batteries as well as being a rechargeable battery Sfor the mobile.phone itself.
Background of the Invention The conveniency of a mobile phone is well known to the general public. However, the power stored in its battery often runs out in a very short period which causes lose of connection and other problems.
STherefore, the subject on how to extend the power supply of the mobile phone in the situation where no access can be found for the battery to be i recharged is a key issue the mobile phone industries are looking at.
However, most of the manufactures are looking at the mobile phone itself, having obtained a great improvement and still improving by finding techniques to reduce the power consumption required for signal :transmitting during the communication and extend the stand-by duration.
Nevertheless, the battery may still be used up in the situation where no socket can be found for the charger to recharge the battery, and lost connection during an important phone conversation.
Taking from this point, mobile charger which takes power from a car S also available, wherein the battery can be recharged while travelling.
Meanwhile, if the battery for the mobile phone runs out when the user is Meanwhile, if the bat er ret not in the car, then the charger may not be applicable. Further from here, 251 s:Iome nventors: have invented the solar energy charging: battery.
SUnfortunately, for this new invented battery, the power stored during the I1A.

1 day time may be used up in the night, if however unluckily the battery runs out in the night time, it will also terminate the ongoing communication, From the above examples given, it is easy for us to see that there exist 5 some kind of restriction and limit on each above suggested method for recharging the mobile phone. Therefore, most of the consumers are willing to buy spare battery just in case there is an emergency. Apart from only double the time allowance for the mobile phone, these methods also have disadvantages, such as money costing, carrying inconveniency and 10 time consuming for recharging the battery etc.
Summary of the Invention It isa primary objective of the present invention to provide a battery compartment for the mobile phone where the conventional mobile battery is replaced by the conventional batteries in the battery compartment, so if S 15 the batteries runs out, a new set of the batteries may be changed to form a 'new power source and extend the communication time period for the mobile phone.
l It is a second objective of the present invention to provide a battery e. compartment for the mobile phone, where the conventional batteries in the battery compartment.can be replaced by the rechargeable batteries and charged up in the same manner as the conventional mobile battery by its charger.
S To accomplish these and other objects, according to one aspect of the present invention, a battery compartment for the mobile phone is 25 provided, comprising a hollow main body havingan opening where the i hollow space of tihe main body unitary forms wave saped curve flute 2 1 with each end of the flute respectively so the current of two batteries are connected together to form a single cell unit and placed in the above mentioned flute and then covered up by the cover.
The structure and features of the present invention will become more apparent from the coming up detailed description and the illustration of the drawings.
I Brief Description of the Invention Fig. 1 is an exploded view of the battery compartment for the mobile phone according to the present invention; 10 Fig. 2 is a perspective view of a battery compartment for the mobile phone in accordance to the present invention.
Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiment From the illustration of Figs. 1 and 2, a battery compartment 1 for a mobile phone being so shaped to allow the said compartment physically and electrically connected to the mobile phone is shown. The battery compartment 1 comprises a hollow main body 10 and a cover 30. The 'hollow space 11 of the hollow main body 10 unitary identifies wave shaped curve flute 12 for reception of the conventional batteries 'i where each end of the flute 12 comprises a electric plate 13 respectively S: 20 serving as contact point so that two batteries 20 are connected as a cell Sunit and placed in the curved flute 12. The inner surface of the hollow Space 11 comprised two insertion cavities 14 with its respective opposite :side being a slopped insertion cavity The cover 30of the -battery compartment I covers on the hollow space 11 of the hollow main body 10 to form the complete battery compartment I of the mobile phone. One side of the cover in accordance I

1-r ~c~A ~n~ ri to the same side where the insertion cavities 14 are placed comprises two convex extension plate 31 where its opposite side is an elastic spring plate 32. The extension plate 31 firstly inserted into the insertion cavity 14 to act as an axis to allow the spring plate 32 respectively inserted into the slopped insertion cavity to form an opening device for the cover The inner surface of the cover 30 is preferably a sponge cushion 33 suitably pressing on the batteries 20 so that batteries 20 are firmly fixed in the flute 12 of the hollow space 11.
When the battery runs out, conventional battery may be bought and placed in the hollow space 11 of the main body 10 for the power supply and extend the time period for the mobile phone usage. Since the conventional battery is available in any general store, the useable period for the mobile phone is unlimitedly extended. Nevertheless, when the mobile phone is situated in a room or in the car, rechargeable batteries may replace the conventional batteries and charged up in the same manner as a conventional mobile phone battery.
