Abstract
Newness and distinctiveness reside in the visual features of a bottle as shown in the representations excluding those features shown in dashed lines the bottle having a vertical stout body with an elliptical cross-section a short neck protruding upwardly from an upper part of the body and joining the shoulders of the bottle by a rounded portion having a large radius. When viewed from the front the shoulders are slightly narrower than the base and the body tapers gradually from the base towards the shoulders with the neck joining the sides of the body through protruding convex shoulders forming vertical ribs which extends towards the bottom and merge into the base. The bottle is slightly rounded where the body meets the bottom.
