The shape and configuration as depicted in all instances is both new and distinct in that the book forms a perfect circle or as near to a perfect circle as is possible both when open and when closed. Protection is required of any book or publication that forms a perfect or near perfect circle regardless of the joining method and regardless of where that join appears. For example it may appear to the left of the circle to the right of the circle to the center of the circle to the top or bottom of the circle. The joining method may be a fold or series of folds an eyelet a screw a spring a spiral spines strings but is not limited to these methods. The design will be applied to all types of printed materials regardless of content including but not limited to books magazines brochures flyers newspapers cards CD inserts posters packaging advertising signs. The design also incorporates the circular orientation of any printed writing or text type that it may or may not include as part of its design.
