Abstract
The disclosure discloses an easy-to-adjust unmanned vehicle for dust reduction and fire
extinguishing, which relates to the technical field of environmental protection, including a
mobile wheel, a micro motor and a second brush. A base plate is installed above the mobile
wheel, a diesel engine is installed on one side of the top of the base plate, a water pump is
installed on one side of the diesel engine, a belt is installed on the outer wall of one end of the
diesel engine, and one side of the belt is connected to the outer wall of one end of the water
pump. The top end of the water pump is connected with an expansion pipe, the other end of the
water pump is installed with a water tank, and one side of the water tank is installed with a lifting
base. The disclosure drives the worm to rotate through the operation of the micro motor, and the
teeth blocks engage with each other, so that the worm drives the worm gear to rotate at the same
time, so that the worm gear drives the installation shaft to rotate at the same time, and the

- Claims 1. A vehicle for dust reduction and fire extinguishing, comprising a mobile wheel (1), a micro motor (19) and a first brush (29), wherein a base plate (2) is installed above the mobile wheel (1), a diesel engine (4) is installed on one side of a top end of the base plate (2), a water pump (6) is installed on one side of the diesel engine (4); a belt (3) is installed on an outer wall of one end of the diesel engine (4), one side of the belt (3) is connected to an outer wall of one end of the water pump (6), a top end of the water pump (6) is connected with an expansion pipe (10), the other end of the water pump (6) is installed with a water tank (5); one side of the water tank (5) is installed with a lifting base (11), one side of the lifting base (11) is installed with an installation box (9), and an inner wall of the installation box(9) is installed with a control panel (7); an upper part of the lifting base (11) is connected with a lifting rod (12), an upper part of the lifting rod (12) is connected with a connection rod (15), a top end of the connection rod (15) is installed with a drive motor (16), an output end of the drive motor (16) is connected with a dust reduction head (20) through a drive shaft; an inner side of the dust reduction head (20) is installed with a regulating pipe (18), one side of the regulating pipe (18) is installed with a spray nozzle (17), and a hole cleaning mechanism (24) is installed at a center of one side of the spray nozzle (17); a top end of the expansion pipe (10) is connected to one side below the regulating pipe (18), and an inner wall of the regulating pipe (18) is equipped with a regulating mechanism (27); an inner side of the lifting base (11) is provided with an adjusting structure.

The vehicle for dust reduction and fire extinguishing according to claim 1, wherein the adjustment structure comprises a mobile rack (22), the mobile rack (22) is installed on the inner side of the lifting base (11), an inner wall of the lifting base (11) is equipped with a gear wheel (23); one end of the gear wheel (23) is connected with a rocker handle (8), and one side of an inner wall of the mobile rack (22) is uniformly provided with engagement teeth (21) from top to bottom, and teeth blocks between the engagement teeth (21) and the gear wheel (23) are engaged with each other.
- 3. The vehicle for dust reduction and fire extinguishing according to claim 2,wherein the inner walls on both sides of the lifting base (11) are provided with limitslots respectively, and the outer walls on both sides of the mobile rack (22) areprovided with limit blocks matching the limit slots.

The vehicle for dust reduction and fire extinguishing according to claim 1,wherein an outer wall of the lifting rod (12) is equipped with a pneumatic telescopicrod (13) through an articulated piece; a top end of the pneumatic telescopic rod (13) ismovably articulated with a right angle piece (14), an angle of the right angle piece (14)is 90 0, one side of an outer wall of the right angle piece (14) is movably articulatedwith a top end of the lifting rod (12), and a top end of the right angle piece (14) isconnected below the connection rod (15).

The vehicle for dust reduction and fire extinguishing according to claim 1,wherein the regulating mechanism (27) comprises an installation shaft (2701), a baffleplate (2702), a fixed plate (2703) and a water outlet (2704); the installation shaft(2701) is installed on the inner wall of the regulating pipe (18) through a bearing, oneside of the installation shaft (2701) is connected with the baffle plate (2702), the fixedplate (2703) is installed on one side of the baffle plate (2702), and a water outlet(2704) is arranged above the fixed plate (2703).
- 6. The vehicle for dust reduction and fire extinguishing according to claim 5,wherein the inner wall of the regulating pipe (18) is provided with a slideway, and anouter wall of the baffle plate (2702) is provided with a slide block matching theslideway.
- 7. The vehicle for dust reduction and fire extinguishing according to claim 5,wherein center points of the fixed plate (2703) and the baffle plate (2702) are thesame, and an area of the water outlet (2704) is smaller than the semicircle area.
- 8. The vehicle for dust reduction and fire extinguishing according to claim 5,wherein a worm gear (26) is installed on an outer wall of the installation shaft (2701),a worm (25) is installed below the worm gear (26), and the micro motor (19) isinstalled at one end of the worm gear (25).
- 9. The vehicle for dust reduction and fire extinguishing according to claim 1, wherein the hole cleaning mechanism (24) comprises a second brush (2401), a fixed shaft (2402), and a rotation sleeve (2403); the fixed shaft (2402) is installed at a center on one side of the spray nozzle (17), and an outer wall of the fixed shaft (2402) is equipped with the rotation sleeve (2403), an inner wall of the rotation sleeve (2403) is rotationally connected with the fixed shaft (2402) through a bearing, and a top end of the rotation sleeve (2403) is equipped with the second brush (2401).
- 10. The vehicle for dust reduction and fire extinguishing according to claim 5,wherein a connection shaft (28) is installed on an outer wall of one side of the baffleplate (2702), the first brush (29) is installed on one side of the connection shaft (28),and a filter screen (30) is installed on one side of the first brush (29).
