My design is of a 10cm diameter wheel that is also 10cm thick. From the side view one can see that the wheel is divided into 6 sections. Each section contains a metallic 9.5cm long rod. The centre of the wheel contains a stationary round rod that is magnetic on its upper left half. The other half is not magnetic. The wheel and the half magnet rod have very slippery, low friction surfaces. The inner aspect of the wheel will need to have a thin surface that does not block the magnetic force.
The wheel is propelled in the direction of the arrow by two forces - centrifugal force and gravity. As the wheel turns, a rod at the bottom of the wheel will get closerto the magnetic half of the centre rod. It will be attracted by magnetism to move inwards from the periphery of the wheel to the centre. Thus, a significant centrifugal force will be produced that will help to propel the wheel around.
In addition, the rods at the top of the wheel will move around to the section of the centre rod that is not magnetic. Therefore, the rod will move under the force of gravity from the centre of the wheel to the periphery of the wheel. Once at the periphery of the wheel the rod will cause the wheel to turn as itfalls down under the effects of gravity.
Both centrifugal force and gravity will keep the wheel in motion. Therefore, a form of completely clean energy has been created.
Experimentation with the optimum number of sections the wheel is divided into is necessary. It is possible that 8 sections my be better.

I have invented a form of energy that can be used to drive motors that is completely clean. All it uses is a rod that is a half magnet, a wheel and metallic rods. It does not require any fuel or electricity.
