Abstract
The present utility model discloses an automatic packing film for a cotton picker, comprising
several sheets of packaging films. Several sheets of packaging films are successively connected
end to end and then rolled into a roll shape. Each sheet of packaging film is a film sheet with an
integrated structure. A glue-free area, a glue area and a sealing glue area are provided on each
sheet of packaging film. The glue-free area is close to the head end, the glue area is located in the
middle, and the sealing glue area is located at the tail end. The end of the sealing glue area is
adhered to the tail end of a release film, the head end of the release film is connected to the head
end of a PE film, and the tail end of the PE film is connected to the head end of an adjacent
packaging film so as to realize the connection between several sheets of packaging films. By
providing an integrated packaging film sheet, the present utility model avoids the unpacking
phenomenon caused by the separation between the glue area and the glue-free area, and at the
same time simplifies the production process, and is more convenient for automatic glue spraying
and film coating, thereby improving the production efficiency and productivity, and saving
materials and labor hours.

[0002] The packing film is used for packaging products. Currently, the existing automatic
packing film is connected together by several sheets of packaging films and then rolled into a
roll. Each sheet of packaging film is adhered and fixed by a folded release film. Each sheet of
packaging film comprises a glue-free area and a glue area, and the glue-free area and the glue
area are separated into two film sheets which are adhered together to form a complete packaging
film. Such a structure has the following disadvantages: 1. the adhesion between two film sheets
of a glue area and a glue-free area increases labor input, resulting in low efficiency and low
productivity. 2. there are respective size requirements for a glue area and a glue-free area, and the
separation shear causes the material head to increase and wastes material; 3. in the process of
use, the adhesive part between a glue area and a glue-free area is easy to separate, and the
unpacking phenomenon occurs; 4. each sheet of packaging film is adhered by a folded release
film, and the folding of the release film during the production process makes the automatic film
coating process more complicated and increases the cost.

obvious inconveniences and defects in structure and use, and needs to be further improved. How
to create a new automatic packing film for a cotton picker is one of the current important
research and development topics.
Summary
[0004] The technical problem to be solved by the present utility model is to provide an automatic
packing film for a cotton picker, so that the cotton picker has an integrated packaging film sheet,
and the connection between the film sheets is more convenient for automatic glue spraying and
automatic film coating, which not only avoids the easy unpacking phenomenon in use, but also
simplifies the production process and improves the production efficiency and productivity,
thereby overcoming the shortcomings of the existing automatic packing film.

provides an automatic packing film for a cotton picker, comprising several sheets of packaging
films, wherein several sheets of packaging films are successively connected end to end and then
rolled into a roll shape; each sheet of packaging film is a film sheet with an integrated structure;
a glue-free area, a glue area and a sealing glue area are provided on each sheet of packaging film;
the glue-free area is close to the head end, the glue area is located in the middle, and the sealing
glue area is located at the tail end; and the end of the sealing glue area is adhered to the tail end
of a release film, the head end of the release film is connected to the head end of a PE film, and
the tail end of the PE film is connected to the head end of an adjacent packaging film so as to
realize the connection between several sheets of packaging films.

films is a point-cut knife edge, a row of spaced holes is provided between adjacent packaging
films in a width direction, and adjacent packaging films are disconnected at the open holes and
connected at the spacing of the open holes.

packaging films are separated from each other and are completely adhered by a release film and
a PE film.

[0014] The head end of the PE film and the head end of the release film are adhered by double sided glue or connected by melting and ironing, and the connection length is 10 mm-30 mm; and the tail end of the PE film is adhered by double-sided glue or connected by melting and ironing to the head end of the adjacent packaging film, and the connection length is 10 mm-50 mm.

advantages:
1. The packaging film is a film sheet with an integral structure, which avoids the unpacking
phenomenon caused by the easy falling between the glue area and the glue-free area;
2.The film sheet with an integral structure avoids the waste of material caused by repeated
cutting and also avoids the waste of labor that traditional glued area and glue-free area adhesion
are put into.
3. The connection between adjacent packaging films by a release film and a PE film makes it
easier for automatic glue spraying and automatic film coating in production, simplifying the
process flow and improving productivity.
4. Point-cut knife edges allow for incomplete separation between adjacent packaging films,
facilitate automated glue spraying and automated film coating, and improve efficiency and
productivity.
5. Further material saving and cost reduction is achieved by a melting and ironing connection
between the PE film and the release film and between the PE film and the adjacent packaging
film. 6. The sealing glue uses a strong cloth duct fiber sealing glue, which has strong adhesive force
and reduces the risk of unpacking.

of the packaging films 1 is 24 sheets, and the 24 sheets of packaging films 1 are successively
connected end to end and then rolled into a roll shape. Each sheet of packaging film 1 is a film
sheet with an integral structure, the packaging film 1 comprises a glue-free area 2, a glue area 3
and a sealing glue area 4, wherein the glue-free area 2 is close to the head end, the glue area 3 is
located in the middle, and the sealing glue area 4 is located at the tail end. In this embodiment,
the total length of the packaging film 1 is 21500 mm, wherein the length of the glue-free area 2
is 12000 mm, the length of the glue area 3 is 9300 mm, the length of the sealing glue area 4 is
200 mm, the width of the middle of the packaging film 1 is 2700 mm, the width gradually
decreases from 3000 mm near both end portions until the width of the end portion is 2200 mm,
and the glue spraying width of the glue area 3 is 2400 mm.

[0023] With reference to Figs. 2 and 3, in this embodiment, adjacent packaging films 1 are
adhered by a release film 5 and a PE film 6, the end of the sealing glue area 4 is adhered to the
tail end of the release film 5, the head end of the release film 5 is adhered to the head end of the
PE film 6 by a double-sided glue 7, and the tail end of the PE film 6 is adhered to the adjacent packaging film 1 by the double-sided glue 7, thereby achieving adhesion between the adjacent packaging films 1. It should be noted that in other embodiments, further material saving and cost reduction is achieved by a melting and ironing connection between the PE film 6 and the release film 5 and between the PE film and the adjacent packaging film.
[0024] Preferably, the length of the release film 5 is 250 mm, the length of the PE film 6 is 350 mm, the connection length between the head end of the PE film 6 and the release film 5 is 10 mm-30 mm, and the connection length between the tail end of the PE film 6 and the adjacent packaging film 1 is 10 mm-50 mm.

Such a design makes it possible not to cut the packaging film 1 completely during the production process, and makes it easier to perform automatic hole opening, automatic glue spraying and automatic film coating on the production line, thereby improving production efficiency and productivity. In other embodiments of the present utility model, the knife edge 8 can also be provided as a cut-off knife edge, i.e., the adjacent packaging films 1 at the knife edge 8 are separated from each other and adhered together entirely by the release film 5 and the PE film 6.
[0026] In use of the present utility model, when the automatic cotton picker recognizes that a sheet of packaging film 1 completes packaging by scanning the code, the latter packaging film 1 stops operating, and adjacent packaging films 1 are separated from each other by pulling force, at this moment, the release film 5 is smoothly peeled off from the strong cloth ductfiber sealing glue, the strong cloth duct fiber sealing glue is adhered with the packaged packaging film to complete packaging, and after packaging, the cotton picker continues to operate and enters the next packaging cycle.

1. An automatic packing film for a cotton picker, characterized by comprising several sheets of packaging films, wherein several sheets of packaging films are successively connected end to end and then rolled into a roll shape; each sheet of packaging film is a film sheet with an integrated structure; a glue-free area, a glue area and a sealing glue area are provided on each sheet of packaging film; the glue-free area is close to the head end, the glue area is located in the middle, and the sealing glue area is located at the tail end; and the end of the sealing glue area is adhered to the tail end of a release film, the head end of the release film is connected to the head end of a PE film, and the tail end of the PE film is connected to the head end of an adjacent packaging film so as to realize the connection between several sheets of packaging films.

The automatic packing film for a cotton picker according to claim 1, characterized in that the connection between the packaging films is a point-cut knife edge, a row of spaced holes is provided between adjacent packaging films in a width direction, and adjacent packaging films are disconnected at the open holes and connected at the spacing of the open holes.
3. The automatic packing film for a cotton picker according to claim 1, characterized in that the connection between the packaging films is a cut-off knife edge, and adjacent packaging films are separated from each other and are completely adhered by a release film and a PE film.
4. The automatic packing film for a cotton picker according to claim 1, characterized in that the sealing glue area uses a strong cloth duct fiber sealing glue.
5. The automatic packing film for a cotton picker according to claim 1, characterized in that the number of the packaging films is 24 sheets.

9. The automatic packing film for a cotton picker according to claim 1, characterized in that the length of the release film is 250 mm and the length of the PE film is 350 mm.

The automatic packing film for a cotton picker according to claim 1 or 9, characterized in that a head end of the PE film and a head end of the release film are adhered by double-sided glue or connected by melting and ironing, and the connection length is 10 mm-30 mm; and the tail end of the PE film is adhered by double-sided glue or connected by melting and ironing to the head end of the adjacent packaging film, and the connection length is 10 mm-50 mm.
