Abstract

The disclosed mechanism of transferring air/ liquid/ gas of stationary component to second rotating component is an assembly of a tube (1), drive seal (3) and a dynamic seal (4). The drive seal (3) and dynamic seal (4) are flexible, allowing for eccentric alignment between to the two seals. The drive seal housing (5) and dynamic seal housing (2) will be custom made to suit application and internal design will suit the seal profile. 1 2 3 | | 4--1K 5 Li' Figure 1 1 Tube. 2 Dynamic seal housing. IMPROVED MECHANISM OF TRANSFERRING AIR/ LIQUID/ GAS OF STATIONARY COMPONENT TO SECOND ROTATING COMPONENT
In the world there are many needs to transfer air, liquid or gas from a stationary component to a rotating component or a properly supported rotating unit. Many times, system components are complicated by inadvertent design features but in most cases this supplier can design and fit systems to suit any need. Major design typically starts around the bearings, for the rotating component. It then is completed to a finished unit as required. Bearings, seals, specialised components and manufacturing limitations often make it very difficult to design some optional kits. This new system frees up limitations often encountered during development work, In this option, much of the freedom of component placement, has been won by the application of numerous staff and friends. Through this invention, air transferred, substantially to and out of one single pressure system to atmosphere. By using tubing and flexible seals to help with self-alignment, air is transferred from first hub/ axle to a second hub/ axle. Flexible mounting/ sealing ensures flexibility against irregular machining, concentricity and accuracy of all components thus eliminating many problems. Benefits are significant increase of life of components, working in association we pre selected air pressure.

Claims (5)
