Abstract
OF THE DISCLOSURE
Disclosed is an emergency operation bed with lifting and transferring functions,
and relates to the technical field of operation beds. The emergency operation bed
comprises a base, a fixed bed board and a movable bed board, wherein movable wheel
devices are arranged at the bottom of the base, a lifting device is arranged on the base,
and the fixed bed board is installed at the top of the lifting device; a sliding groove is
formed in the top of the fixed bed board, pulleys are arranged at the bottom of the
movable bed board, and the movable bed board is slidably installed on the fixed bed
board through the pulleys and the sliding groove; and a deformable pad is further
arranged on the movable bed board. According to the emergency operation bed, the
height of the whole bed body can be adjusted, a patient can be conveniently carried, and
secondary injury to the patient in the carrying process is reduced.

[01] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of operation beds, in particular to an emergency operation bed with lifting and transferring functions.
[02] When a patient is subjected to an emergency operation in the hospital, the patient usually needs to be transferred from an emergency operation bed to a sickbed of each department or an inpatient area for examination or treatment, multiple medical staff or family members need to lift the patient together and move the patient between the sickbed and the transfer bed during transferring, sometimes, the patient even needs to be repeatedly moved for multiple times. When the patient, especially a patient with serious illness, is moved, a little carelessness can cause secondary injury to the patient, the patient transferring efficiency is low, hospital human resources are wasted, and time and labor are wasted.
[03] In addition, in an existing emergency operation bed, only the angle of the head position of the bed can be adjusted, and the height of the whole bed body cannot be adjusted.
[04] Therefore, there is an urgent need to provide a novel emergency operation bed to solve the problems existing in the prior art.
[05] The present disclosure aims to provide an emergency operation bed with lifting and transferring functions to solve the problems in the prior art, the height of the whole bed body can be adjusted, a patient can be conveniently carried, and secondary injury to the patient in the carrying process is reduced.
[06] To achieve the purpose, the present disclosure provides the following scheme:
[07] The emergency operation bed with lifting and transferring functions provided by the present disclosure comprises a base, a fixed bed board and a movable bed board, wherein movable wheel devices are arranged at the bottom of the base, a lifting device is arranged on the base, and the fixed bed board is installed at the top of the lifting device; a sliding groove is formed in the top of the fixed bed board, pulleys are arranged at the bottom of the movable bed board, and the movable bed board is slidably installed on the fixed bed board through the pulleys and the sliding groove; and a deformable pad is further arranged on the movable bed board.
[08] Preferably, the lifting device comprises a lifting support, the bottom and the top of the lifting support are hinged to the base and the fixed bed board respectively, and the middle parts of the two sides of the lifting support are hinged; and a lead screw is arranged between the middle parts of the two sides of the lifting support, and one end of the lead screw is connected with a hand wheel.
[09] Preferably, the lifting device also comprises telescopic supporting rods, the telescopic supporting rods are arranged between the fixed bed board and the base, the telescopic supporting rod comprises a fixed rod and a sleeve, the fixed rod is fixed to

[10] Preferably, the movable wheel device comprises a mounting rack, a universal wheel is installed on the mounting rack through a universal wheel rotating shaft, and the top of the mounting rack is rotatably installed at the bottom of the base through a mounting rack rotating shaft.
[11] Preferably, a damping spring is further arranged between the mounting rack and the base, and the damping spring is arranged on the mounting rack rotating shaft in a sleeving mode.
[12] Preferably, a brake device is further arranged on the mounting rack and used for locking the universal wheel.
[13] Preferably, a first guardrail and a second guardrail are further arranged on the two sides of the fixed bed board respectively, the first guardrail is fixedly installed on the fixed bed board, and the second guardrail is rotatably connected with the fixed bed board through a pin shaft.
[14] Preferably, the deformable pad comprises a head deformation pad, an upper body deformation pad and a lower limb deformation pad which are connected in sequence.
[15] Preferably, the head deformation pad, the upper body deformation pad and the lower limb deformation pad are all of hollow structures, and the head deformation pad, the upper body deformation pad and the lower limb deformation pad are all connected with air inlet pipes for inflation to achieve deformation.
[16] Preferably, the fixed bed board, the movable bed board, the base, the movable wheel devices and the lifting device are all made of non-metal materials.

[18] According to the emergency operation bed with lifting and transferring functions provided by the present disclosure, the height of the whole bed body can be adjusted, a patient can be conveniently carried, and secondary injury to the patient in the carrying process is reduced; moreover, the deformable pad is arranged on the movable bed board and can be deformed through inflation, and rehabilitation of the patient is facilitated; and the whole emergency operation bed is made of a non-metal material, so that the bed can enter a magnetic resonance imaging room conveniently.

[27] As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the emergency operation bed with lifting and transferring functions provided by the embodiment comprises a base 6, a fixed bed board 1 and a movable bed board 2, the bottom of the base 6 is provided with movable wheel devices 7, the whole emergency operation bed is movable, the four movable wheel devices 7 are installed at the four comers of the base 6 respectively; a lifting device is arranged on the base 6, the fixed bed board 1 is installed at the top of the lifting device, and the height of the fixed bed board 1 and the height of the movable bed board 2 on the fixed bed board 1 are adjusted through the lifting device; and a sliding groove is formed in the top of the fixed bed board 1, pulleys 11 are arranged at the bottom of the movable bed board 2, the movable bed board 2 is slidably installed on the fixed bed board 1 through the pulleys 11 and the sliding groove, and a patient is located on the movable bed board 2. When the patient needs to be transferred, the height of the fixed bed board 1 is made to be flush with the height of a sickbed through adjustment of the lifting device, and then the movable bed board 2 is pulled and moved to the sickbed from the fixed bed board 1, so that the patient is transferred, and secondary injury to the patient in the carrying process is reduced; wherein a handle can further be arranged on the side wall of the movable bed board 2, so that the emergency operation bed is convenient to move; and a deformable pad 9 is further arranged on the movable bed board 2.

[29] In the embodiment, the lifting device comprises a lifting support 4, the bottom and the top of the lifting support 4 are hinged to the base 6 and the fixed bed board 1 respectively, and the middle parts of the two sides of the lifting support 4 are hinged; specifically, the lifting support 4 is of a four-connecting-rod structure, the top ends of two upper connecting rods are hinged to the fixed bed board 1, the bottom ends of two lower connecting rods are hinged to the base 6, and the bottom ends of the two upper connecting rods are hinged to the tops of the two lower connecting rods respectively; a lead screw 12 is arranged between the middle parts of the two sides of the lifting support 4, one end of the lead screw 12 is rotatably installed at the hinged position of the middle part of one upper connecting rod and the middle part of one lower connecting rod, a lead screw nut is installed at the hinged position of the middle part of the other upper connecting rod and the middle part of the other lower connecting rod, and the other end of the lead screw 12 penetrates through the lead screw nut to form a lead screw nut pair and is connected with a hand wheel 5. The hand wheel 5 is rotated to drive the screw rod 12 to rotate, so that the lifting support 4 is driven to move on the screw rod 12, folding or unfolding of the lifting support 4 is achieved, and height adjustment is achieved.
[30] In the embodiment, the lifting device also comprises telescopic supporting rods 3, the telescopic supporting rods 3 are arranged between the fixed bed board 1 and the base 6, the telescopic supporting rod 3 comprises a fixed rod and a sleeve, the fixed rod is fixed to the base 6, the sleeve is installed below the fixed bed board 1, the sleeve is arranged on the fixed rod in a sleeving mode, and the sleeve and the fixed rod are fixed through a locking bolt; and through the combined action of the telescopic supporting rods 3 and the lifting support 4, the stability of the whole emergency operation bed is improved.
[31] In the embodiment, the movable wheel device 7 comprises a mounting rack 71, a universal wheel 74 is installed on the mounting rack 71 through a universal wheel rotating shaft 73, and the top of the mounting rack 71 is rotatably installed at the bottom of the base 6 through a mounting rack rotating shaft 72. A damping spring 75 is further arranged between the mounting rack 71 and the base 6, and the damping spring 75 is arranged on the mounting rack rotating shaft 72 in a sleeving mode. The damping springs 75 are arranged, so that damping is effectively achieved in the moving process, and the comfort level of the patient is improved.
[32] In the embodiment, a brake device is further arranged on the mounting rack 71 and used for locking the universal wheel 74.
[33] In the embodiment, a first guardrail 8 and a second guardrail 10 are further arranged on the two sides of the fixed bed board 1 respectively, the first guardrail 8 is fixedly installed on the fixed bed board 1, and the second guardrail 10 is rotatably connected with the fixed bed board 1 through a pin shaft. When the patient needs to be transferred, the second guardrail 10 is rotated to put down the patient, and the movable bed board 2 can be pulled out conveniently.
[34] In the embodiment, the deformable pad 9 comprises a head deformation pad 91, an upper body deformation pad 92 and a lower limb deformation pad 93 which are connected in sequence. The head deformation pad 91, the upper body deformation pad

92 and the lower limb deformation pad 93 are all of hollow structures, and are sealed. The head deformation pad 91, the upper body deformation pad 92 and the lower limb deformation pad 93 are all connected with air inlet pipes for inflation to achieve deformation, so that the head deformation pad 91, the upper body deformation pad 92 and the lower limb deformation pad 93 expand and deform to form arc-shaped structures, and rehabilitation treatment on different parts is facilitated.

Claims (6)
1. An emergency operation bed with lifting and transferring functions, comprising a base, a fixed bed board and a movable bed board, wherein movable wheel devices are arranged at the bottom of the base, a lifting device is arranged on the base, and thefixed bed board is installed at the top of the lifting device; a sliding groove is formed in the top of the fixed bed board, pulleys are arranged at the bottom of the movable bed board, and the movable bed board is slidably installed on the fixed bed board through the pulleys and the sliding groove; and a deformable pad is further arranged on the movable bed board.

The emergency operation bed with lifting and transferring functions according to claim 1, wherein the lifting device comprises a lifting support, the bottom and the top of the lifting support are hinged to the base and thefixed bed board respectively, and the middle parts of the two sides of the lifting support are hinged; and a lead screw is arranged between the middle parts of the two sides of the lifting support, and one end of the lead screw is connected with a hand wheel; wherein the lifting device also comprises telescopic supporting rods, the telescopic supporting rods are arranged between the fixed bed board and the base, the telescopic supporting rod comprises a fixed rod and a sleeve, the fixed rod is fixed to the base, the sleeve is installed below the fixed bed board, the sleeve is arranged on the fixed rod in a sleeving mode, and the sleeve and the fixed rod are fixed through a locking bolt.
3. The emergency operation bed with lifting and transferring functions according to claim 1, wherein the movable wheel device comprises a mounting rack, a universal wheel is installed on the mounting rack through a universal wheel rotating shaft, and the top of the mounting rack is rotatably installed at the bottom of the base through a mounting rack rotating shaft; wherein a damping spring is further arranged between the mounting rack and the base, and the damping spring is arranged on the mounting rack rotating shaft in a sleeving mode; wherein a brake device is further arranged on the mounting rack and used for locking the universal wheel.

The emergency operation bed with lifting and transferring functions according to claim 1, wherein a first guardrail and a second guardrail are further arranged on the two sides of the fixed bed board respectively, the first guardrail is fixedly installed on the fixed bed board, and the second guardrail is rotatably connected with the fixed bed board through a pin shaft.
